Goal is a dozen red for my mom for Mother’s Day. I made a Yellow one for single vase to stand alone. For forming the flowers, I threaded a bamboo needle through the bottom of V stitch when rolling to capture each row. Then 😊I could run the sewing needle along bamboo when finishing the bottom of bud.
I made them... 6 of each... they came out beautiful! Took pictures of them but I'm unable to paste them on my comment. Trust me, they are very nice. Thank you.

love the roses I'm thinking of making 1 or 2 dozen for my parents as a gift for them next year they will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year my dad's 70th birthday and next year is my mum's 70th birthday so they are having a party to celebrate all of them in one big party and I Know that the roses will go down well with them both and are a lot cheaper and will last longer than roses I get form a flower shop and I love to crochet all the time and put a lot of love into it if you do other flowers I mite do them as well and make it a mix of different flowers which I think will be loved very much thank you for what you do I love watching you all the time and being able to come back all the time when or if I forget some thing whih I seem to do all the time

I especially loved how you used a needle to show how to count stitches - that's the thing I struggled with the most beginning crochet, but not a lot of people really seem to include that in tutorials.
