When my husband Bruce McCraw was a teenager and attended a Marty Robbins concert with his dad, Marty asked him to come on stage and sing at the piano with him. While Marty accompanied him on the piano, my husband gave his best performance of one of Marty's hits. Marty through back his head and laughed in delight when Bruce hit the high falsetto note Marty was so well known for! It was a real highlight of my husband's life! He'll never forget being accompanied by this GIANT entertainer!

I was a little girl, maybe about 6 and my sister's were into heavy metal/acid rock music and I was into classic country.... Marty Robbins, Tom T. Hall, Ronnie Milsap....just to name a few. They thought I was weird. LOL! I turned out more "grounded and happy" in life. Years ago they did an experiment on two identical plants and put them into separate rooms with identical situations, water, light ect. but in one room they played heavy metal/acid rock and the other room they played soothing and relaxing music. The soothing and relaxing music plant thrived and well... the other did not. I can't remember where I saw this experiement, but I think it's true with plants, animals and humans and how your environment effects your progress in life. Just a fun thought! Sorry this was so long! And, God Bless Marty! And you too.

Don't be so sure. If racist liberal democrats have anything to do with it, they'll get rid of any and all to do with heterosexual white males. Have you not noticed the racist media? They claim to be for DEI, but DEI has no place for any white, heterosexual white men. Don't believe me? Look for yourself.@@JohnSmith-yn8pl

We've lost most of our best, the best aren't born yet, and yet the best of all time are the ones we had in the '90s through the '50s. This is one singer who makes a porter with his unique voice to see that you feel and not only listen to music. Do you agree with that?
