Any recomendation for 4-3-3 def?

First you would need to consider the strength of your opposition in the league. If you are one of the better teams you could play with a higher defensive line and play with more controlled passing, more crosses. If you are one of the weaker teams, I would play with a lower defensive line, more direct passing and compact defending.
As a rule of thumb, I would not go crazy with the instructions and keep things mostly on balanced but change one or two things that fit your team and tactics. So maybe with a lot of dribblers, do more dribbling and with fast defenders you could try a higher line etc.
In a 4-3-3 I can imagine that you want to do more crossing with your wingers and play a bit more wide or more narrow and do more dribbling.
