MagmaRagerino Kripperino Thats exactly my plan, like, why waste a room when you can get epic card or a shitty card, by shitty i mean something like SirFinleyrinoMrgripperino
I agree, its so much fun to have the easiest bosses ever, all the way up to a decent final boss. Honestly the Black King on heroic was the hardest one imo.
Daniel Martinsen Malchezar is just insanely overtuned. It's not fun as you HAVE to have a perfect mulligan and draw to beat him. You need specific cards to deal with the orc and then you need to have the specific cards in your hand to be prepared for Malchezar. It's literally all in your draw and some other minor RNG. It's not fun, just frustrating.
Tought the same is a play on normal and read "+3 spell damage for both player" i thought "ah ok, so on heroic it is probably only for him, but no easy mode -.-
Tought the same is a play on normal and read "+3 spell damage for both player" i thought "ah ok, so on heroic it is probably only for him, but no easy mode -.-
For anyone who wants to kill the last boss but hasn't been playing for long enough to get the cards Kripp is talking about, the way I did it was by building a Warlock C'Thun deck. Establish a solid board with decent minions to kill anything the ork plays along with some taunts to protect your face. I then like to get the Ork low (1hp if possible), use Usher of Souls and selectively kill some of my minions (either with my cards like Sacrificial Pact or by trading with the Ork's minions). Once C'Thun has at least 30/30 (36/36 if you want to be safe against an infernal) and you have it in hand then you can kill the Ork and move to the next stage. The board will be cleared and then on your turn play C'Thun and win instantly.
Then I guess make a bigger C'Thun. Honestly if you get that far on heroic then you probably have much better cards so can do the strategies that Kripp talks about here. With mostly basic cards I'm struggling to beat the silverware golem on heroic. Constant 4/1 plates with charge and I just can't clear them quick enough. The strat I explained is more for players with mainly basic cards that just want to complete the basic storyline.
Is it just me that thought a Whisper of the Old Gods adventure would've been way better? I imagine the wings would be really fun, each one being one of the old gods and their lackeys. For example, you could've had one wing be the Twin Emperors, followed by Deathwing (who I believe was corrupted by C'thun, not too sure), then followed by Cthun. How awesome would this hav been?
krip if you read this, their is a ranked deck that can win heroic , it is cthun priest, you build cthun super huge against the orc and then you play it after twisting nether and double hp with inner fire for one shot face.
Even this week was easy. I beat Malchezaar on the first try with a Murloc Paladin deck (second try overall). Compared to previous PvE adventures, Karazhan fell far short. I think the only Heroic boss that took me more than 2 attempts to beat was Silverware Golem, and that was just a matter of getting unlucky draws. The best thing that can be said about Karazhan is the Heroic cardback looks fucking sweet.
I mean...you could also beat Aran by playing Miracle Rogue, but without waiting for Malygos. Much easier, much quicker too since 2 mana eviscerates and 1 mana sinister strikes are pretty cheap and easy to play.
I actually did two-shot heroic Malchezar with a Standard constructed deck, but I got outrageously lucky. I had an Antonidas out which the boss didn't have the cards to kill, so I just double fireballed his hero power minions and chipped away at his health with minion attacks. Eventually, he did manage to get the cards to kill Antonidas, but I'd cast so many fireballs by that point that I had a monster Yogg... which proceeded to clear his board and give me Call of the Wild + Everyfin is Awesome, which was enough to push me over the line. This is officially all my Hearthstone luck used up for the next year.
I'm having loads of fun with a 35/35 golden legendary deck right now, however... I keep rolling on a Millhouse with my Malc procs... such a useless card.
+jitzu7147 don't ever disrespect millhouseswaggerstorm when he comes from a shredder you love him or a silver moon portal but you don't love his card make up your mind
I killed last one with priest wild deck - lightbombs, entombs, deaths, deatlords with double hp buffs for them. So i dealed with orc with deathlords and healing resurrecting them etc. and with last guy pretty much by buffing 1 creature to 40 attack, and clearing infernals for couple turns by lightbomb\death\entomb. No cheezy mechanics involved.
I regret playing tempo Mage this wing. I one shot malchezaer because I drew a counter spell off of tomb and countered his twisting nether. One shot him first turn with buffed mana wyrms
Kripp, if you were to exclude kelthuzad, as most of new players cant even open first wing of naxxramas, you would see the point of how hard it is to beat this boss.
Beat the last guy with majordomo + coldarra drake + maiden of the lake combo used animated armor to stay alive in first round feel so proud of myself :)
one small change would've solved the easy heroic issue: no buff for you. No spell power for the player. No portal buffs for minions. though I would've given the portal powers but had the portal suck away the minion, like an entomb but to no one's hand. the final boss you leave as is. other small changes would've helped as well like the wolf fear effect being an aura that works over all other effects, so summoning or buffing does nothing.
Isawa De La Pradera not actually you only have 4 murlocs in your deck so in the first you only get 4 murlocs and the 10 drop and with that you win the game already "the otk" dont care you have your minions and in 2-3 turn you kill him
Just played a murloc paladin deck, when prince malchezaar clears the board you just play anyfin can happen twice and smash him. If you run belchers and sunwalkers etc etc you can easily delay the game for quite some time against the orc, i think i had 8 cards left in my deck when i decided to kill her.
I won the fight vs Malchezaar so very easely. Just play Secret hunter. Explosive traps clear the warrior fast, and if you draw ok you can beat Malchezaar using freezetraps fairly fast.
21:40 Kripp only got 3 Thaddius' because he played 2 Stalaggs, THEN Feugen. So during the Twisting Nether, Stalagg #1 died, then Stalagg #2 died, then Feugen died, and since both Stalaggs were "dead" before Feugen, only Feugens deathrattle got doubled by Rivendare. He should have played Feugen before the 2nd Stalagg to stagger the deathrattles.I don't even play this game and I know that.
Or maybe because Rivendare was played after Stalagg #1, before Stalagg #2 and Feugen. So maybe Rivendare triggered on the first Stalagg, then Rivendare died, then Stalagg #2, and Feugen died.
I beat the Free Medivh! with a C'Thun Priest, just build up the cthun to massive numbers while fithing Nazra and then just insta kill Malchazaar with C'Thun :D it was fun
@Kripparrian To make things fun, try playing at least the last wing using only standard cards. I did it for the whole expansion... but it was still mostly easy.. except for the final battle
It actually kinda ticks me off more that everything was super easy in Heroic *until* the final boss. It should have been a ramp up to that, not a ramp down until that.
Arcanosmith would NOT be good against Netherspite, due to the summoned minion spawning to the right of Arcanosmith, meaning that it would never be able to take just 1 damage at a time (assuming the Arcanosmith survives).
Wild demon deck. Beat Malchezaar first time on heroic. And then beat him again to show that I am the superior demon. Just make sure to be jaraxxus by the end of Naz fight and use your amazing demon spells to trade for more than one abyssal with your own guys. A good malganis, illidan, sacrifice demon or etc play will get you ahead. YOU FACE JARAXXUS, EREDAR LORD OF THE BURNING LEGION!
Hey what I heard today I played with someone with a very good deck to ROUGE I played against him when I was at RANKED 17 and then is an eternity to me. How one victory after he rose to RANKED 12 ?
i lost a couple of times against malchezaar, then realised: Hey, why not use counterspell mage secret to block the twisting nether? and i won first try
They should really explain how the stack works. Even somebody like Kripp thought Baron would get him 6 11/11s, but as a magic player I knew it probably wasn't going to work. Also what's up with Mad Scientist triggering the Duplicate that it pulls during its deathrattle? That sort of stuff makes me always prefer mtg over hearthstone, idk what to say.
He attacks minions if you have full health and he has less than 10 attack. If he uses his attack buff he will attack face instead. Similarly if you are already damaged he will attack face. It just has to do with the heuristics the A.I uses to evaluate moves. When you have 30 hp moving you to 22 is considered less valuable than clearing your minions. But getting you to 20 or below is more valuable.
The new Warlock 1-drop (like they didn't have enough), Malchazaar's Imp, is stupidly OP 1 mana 1/3 "whenever you discard a card, draw a card" along with the new 3/3 "if this card is discarded, summon it instead" so turn 1 imp, turn 2 succubus+summon 3/3, discarded card is negated by imp effect 3 mana+3 cards used to summon a 1/3, a 4/3, a 3/3, and draw a card by turn TWO. I'm just auto-conceding. pure pay2win.
This will happen once out of a hundred times, be honest. In most of cases, you may have to play a 3/3 for 3, a 2 mana card making you discard one and that will die on frostbolt, or you'll get an irrelevant 1/3 demon that you wish could have taunt, which it would have had if you played voidwalker instead. I'm not saying Malchazaar's Imp is bad, it's actually pretty good... But I can't see it become a cancer card.
Shoutout to all of you who beat the heroic bosses with a Magma Rager based deck!
so, nobody?
I got him from a portal... so me?
Does...it count if you visited my board from portal?
sure you guys only put the portal in the deck to get me
MagmaRagerino Kripperino
Thats exactly my plan, like, why waste a room when you can get epic card or a shitty card, by shitty i mean something like SirFinleyrinoMrgripperino
If y'all are complaining about Heroic boss difficulty, try beating 'em as Priest. Added difficulty! :D
That's the point! *Difficulty*
actually the last boss is super easy as priest, mediev's staff + 2 x mindcontrol is ista GG
Hush, I'm wallowing in self pity.
just play me...
I don't have Kel'thuzad or good Deathrattles, so Priest with Mind Control is my best shot
the karazhan bosses use lots of beasts... use me to kill them... please use me...
i'm so alone
please... ;-;
No Krip photoshop your a disgrace
this made me lol
I know wha he do with that finger of his.......
If u give me 1600dust
Make every bossfight in the entire adventure a fucking joke just to end with Malchezar being almost impossible. So fun.
I agree, its so much fun to have the easiest bosses ever, all the way up to a decent final boss. Honestly the Black King on heroic was the hardest one imo.
Cool theme horribly easy and forgettable adventure.
Lol I beat him on my first try with midrange shaman
Fucking impossible I'm following this exact deck and not getting anywhere near as lucky.
It took me 14 tries but i beat Malchezar with a basic Priest Deck.
I regret Nothin
LUL
Corvus i played aggro shaman and i beated him first try
First boss should only give spell damage to himself on heroic. Makes no sense to make him that easy
i actually fatigued him with a illuminator, duplicate, ice block deck xD
Tought the same is a play on normal and read "+3 spell damage for both player" i thought "ah ok, so on heroic it is probably only for him, but no easy mode -.-
Tought the same is a play on normal and read "+3 spell damage for both player" i thought "ah ok, so on heroic it is probably only for him, but no easy mode -.-
You are the only person I've see so far without "Kripperino" in their name
Thank you, I don't comment much because i know the comment section will just be swarmed by kripperinos liking each others repetitive comments lol

he has 60 hp on heroic
Then I guess make a bigger C'Thun. Honestly if you get that far on heroic then you probably have much better cards so can do the strategies that Kripp talks about here. +Sergey Gorbunov (Rhaemor) so attack with cthun next turn
Also a Priest C'Thun deck works well.
Fantasioso Joe Reason I use Warlock is because Usher of Souls allows you to build up your C'Thun really easily.
I really like how they fixed that AI with deathrattle taunt minions. You remember when they fixed that? It was really fixed in that Nazra fight.
Is it just me that thought a Whisper of the Old Gods adventure would've been way better? I imagine the wings would be really fun, each one being one of the old gods and their lackeys. Wow, dragon priest is doing really well right now.
0:04 Watch Kripp fuckers.
you are a pretty specific kripperino...
Wait, you say you're "no introrino" but you tell us not to Skipp the Kripp? Ok
There is no Kripp in the intro
4:50 CYA SKIPPERINO
You missed the timing, we need to hear " and I'll see you tomorrow "
All hail skipperino the true lord of time!
Thanks man. After struggling with 'Free Medivh!' your list got me to beat him on the first try.
By the time I'm done watching Trump's version of this, Priest will be good again and Arena will be balanced.
So never?
"Oh that's the tentacle world, We definietly don't want that."
You speak for yourself grandpa.
Probably by far my favourite adventure!
krip if you read this, their is a ranked deck that can win heroic , it is cthun priest, you build cthun super huge against the orc and then you play it after twisting nether and double hp with inner fire for one shot face.
After all wings released i can agree it is for sure one night in development.
That orc at the start is the definition of SMOrc
Kripp embracing his inner mountain man
3:30 was that dex walking around? I heard some claw scratching. :P
Do you wanna hear a joke ?
Karazhan heroic mode.
Even this week was easy. I beat Malchezaar on the first try with a Murloc Paladin deck (second try overall). Compared to previous PvE adventures, Karazhan fell far short. 8:26
If it was me there instead of Deathlord, you wouldn't have to deal with 8 damage face, eh kripp?
So fcking lucky with that narza opening. played herioc malchezaar 20 times she always opening with hero power spam.
I actually did two-shot heroic Malchezar with a Standard constructed deck, but I got outrageously lucky. Played Standard Control Priest in that last battle. Won very easily.
TIME FOR 35 LEGENDARY DECK!
I'm having loads of fun with a 35/35 golden legendary deck right now, however... I keep rolling on a Millhouse with my Malc procs... such a useless card.
xD
+jitzu7147 don't ever disrespect millhouseswaggerstorm when he comes from a shredder you love him or a silver moon portal but you don't love his card make up your mind
Seems like they succeeded in making a mix of hard and easy bosses
Minions, servants, soldiers of the cold dark! Obey the call...of Kel'Thuzad!
Kripp, i want just to say, that i love your mustache :)
One shot him first turn with buffed mana wyrms
what they should have done is Malkazar uses twisting nether 2-3 times thus clearing your board for good.
does anyone know a good jaraxxus deck I can use? I tried often but the aggro/zoo decks kill you so damn fast when you are at 15 hp
Kripp, if you were to exclude kelthuzad, as most of new players cant even open first wing of naxxramas, you would see the point of how hard it is to beat this boss.
Can you use counter spell for Malchezaar's twisting nether?
I'd love a tavernbrawl with extremely intuitive mechanics like in the solo adventures.
2player teamup vs nef was great
***** they did that before, twice.
Beat the last guy with majordomo + coldarra drake + maiden of the lake combo
used animated armor to stay alive in first round
feel so proud of myself :)
Kripp got really luck with the second boss. with was T1 Hero Power + Coin + Claw = 20 damage to face
Rexxar came....wait, that was pre-update, Thrall came
also with 3rd boss, SmOrc didn't hero power until turn 4. If she had heropowwered other 3 turns it woulda been much harder for him
one small change would've solved the easy heroic issue: no buff for you.
I beat the final battle with a standard beast druid on my first try. Got a lucky savage roar to finish it off but also found the whole thing too easy.
Hi
OMG! YOU FINALLY APPEAR AGAIN!
I only appear when you go second c:
No Kripp photoshop? Shame
WHERE IS THE KRIPP FACE
+Thomas Morato Check the center of the coin, you blind fuck!
I did all the heroics with shaman, the first with a shpellman and the other two with evolve shaman... on the first try lol.
Woah skipperino is back
I wonder if there is special text if you turn into Jaraxxus
Kripp didn't include killing Malchazaar heroic with exodia mage?
does anyone have any advice for saving medivh on heroic?
Did anyone think of sacrificial pact or whatever it is called to kill the final boss?
It doesnt work sadly enough
In 21:47 I was like ''hohoho wtf just happened. I'm blind now.
What do you get from beating heroic? I'm having a lot of trouble getting through it with my mostly basic cards
Card back
Counterspell can help with Malchezar's Twisting Nether, forcing him to waste his turn.
thx m8
play otk murloc he clean you re summon and win a 10 drop from medivh weapon
I used Exodia Mage like Trump did, I didn't get the full combo off but I beat it anyways.
+inserte Su nombre the 10 drop actually denies you the last bluegill or warleader, so That's actually _negative_ sinergy.
Isawa De La Pradera not actually you only have 4 murlocs in your deck so in the first you only get 4 murlocs and the 10 drop and with that you win the game already "the otk" dont care you have your minions and in 2-3 turn you kill him
Shade of Aran is cake with headcrack and rogue spells.
Counterspell twisting nether?
8 Mana 5/6 " *Battlecry:* Give your hero *Deathrattle:* Upon taking fatal damage, Resurrect with 10 health as a random class"
Does Sac Pact work on Malchezaar?
No but he says "Fool! That would never work on a true eredar lord!"
and he steals the pact. TriHard BURGLED TriHard
+Andrew Dodd damn BabyRage
I disenchanted Kel'Thuzad once upon a blue moon. How am I supposed to beat Malchezaar now?
Just played a murloc paladin deck, when prince malchezaar clears the board you just play anyfin can happen twice and smash him. If you run belchers and sunwalkers etc etc you can easily delay the game for quite some time against the orc, i think i had 8 cards left in my deck when i decided to kill her.
I won the fight vs Malchezaar so very easely. Just play Secret hunter. Explosive traps clear the warrior fast, and if you draw ok you can beat Malchezaar using freezetraps fairly fast.
He actually didn't use twisting nether right away against me
on heroic, i made a C'thun droiud deck. got C'thun to 32/32 then killed the ogre, then after he use nether, i play C'thun and hit him for 32 twice
I beat the Free Medivh! with a C'Thun Priest, just build up the cthun to massive numbers while fithing Nazra and then just insta kill Malchazaar with C'Thun :D it was fun
I wish the other bosses were as hard as the final one, at least it presented a challenge.
I counter spelled, IT works for the twisting nether
Counter Spell works great against this boss aswell :D
Thanks kripp
Its been months and i still haven't beat malchezaar...
The last boss fight is ez with zoo + sacrificial pact.
challenge mode: 1. Play Priest 2. Use 2x purify 3. use 2x Magma Rager 4. Beat every heroic boss in Karazhan
My God every second persone have kripps head on his photo :D
TFW you can't purchase Naxxramus anymore so you can't get KT, Deathlord, Feugen or Stalaag without crafting (which I'll never have the dust for)
Wild demon deck.
I used an aggro Mage deck and beat all of the bosses easily enough.
Where is Skipperino? :(
You don't *have to* use wild cards. In fact, I beat all the heroic bosses with priest standard.
Use counter spell for the twisting nether
greasy kripp is greasy the way we like it
Why would you expect Rivendare to trigger after it dies? .-.
Hey what I heard today I played with someone with a very good deck to ROUGE I played against him when I was at RANKED 17 and then is an eternity to me. How one victory after he rose to RANKED 12 ?
Just casually having 3 KTs out.
i lost a couple of times against malchezaar, then realised: Hey, why not use counterspell mage secret to block the twisting nether? and i won first try
I beat malchezaar first try with N'Zoth Lock, just play N'Zoth after the nether
You can bug Netherspite by playing taunt on the right side
i actually beat heroic malchezar with your anyffin paladin deck on the 1st try.
How old is kripp?
I beat heroic Malchezaar on my first try with a ladder reno deck. :/
I love adventures but getting all the cards for sale really nice, I would love very it if you could get every section a once
Why does the Netherspite attack minions? My without a taunt he just go face
bad ai
He attacks minions if you have full health and he has less than 10 attack. If he uses his attack buff he will attack face instead. Similarly if you are already damaged he will attack face.
It just has to do with the heuristics the A.I uses to evaluate moves. When you have 30 hp moving you to 22 is considered less valuable than clearing your minions. But getting you to 20 or below is more valuable.
One more way to beat at least the normal malchazar: play with the orc till your Cthun has 30+ attack and you won.
I'm about to build a blood of the ancient one deck to one shot Malchezarr
Should have used Medivh hero when using mage class
The Skipper got skipped
I am SO good at designing adventures bosses too. SO frigging GOOD. Right? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The new Warlock 1-drop (like they didn't have enough), Malchazaar's Imp, is stupidly OP
1 mana 1/3 "whenever you discard a card, draw a card" along with the new 3/3 "if this card is discarded, summon it instead"
so turn 1 imp, turn 2 succubus+summon 3/3, discarded card is negated by imp effect
3 mana+3 cards used to summon a 1/3, a 4/3, a 3/3, and draw a card by turn TWO.
