Back in the Mig-21 on Enigma's Cold War Server in DCS. The servers are still thoroughly stacked with F-4s, so once again I'm back on red hunting them down. Right now is the perfect mix of target rich environment and enemy players still learning their planes that makes for some very fun sessions. Joining me on this were Candy, Goldwep, Salt Trader, Evil and Merker.

Russian plane: missile no see target, no sound. missile see target: soothing hum, like babushka cooking borsht and singing me to bed.
i dunno why but the old fox 2 hum on lock in the 21 is just so soothing to hear.. but it is. and everytime i hear it, i gets me closer to buying a mig 21.

the mig 21 is one of my favorite modules, but I am woefully inexperienced in it and I have no hope in a dogfight, she is a tough one to fly.

It does take a lot of practice to get used to it. Being gentle to keep the speed up helps a lot

Absolutely loved that moment. Just press the IFF button and the only difference is there are now somehow more contacts XD "there are 4 contacts ahead! 7 are hostile!"
