Ingredients:
Prepare chicken Stuffing:
-Chicken boneless strips ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hari Mirch (Green chili) chopped 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Prepare Dough:
-Instant yeast 1 tbsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
-Makhan (Butter) Salted 1 tbsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 4 tbsp
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
Topping:
-Egg Wash
-Sesame seeds to sprinkle
