I think that at the end of Get In The Water, they’re comforting Odysseus as he “dies.” That’s why they’re saying “waiting,” they’re waiting for him to join them in death. But he’s struggling against it because, while comforting, he doesn’t want to die. He wants to get home.
I feel like odysseus awaken his hermes heritage. I mean, he got a chorus like the one gods have and he his 1/8 god. Hermes has the power of the speed so it make sense with 600 strikes
