Jenna is so cool and "things are going to go wrong" is one of those things that seems so obvious but it's actually so important to realize that. I've always struggled with a lot of anxiety and I tend to avoid doing things because I'm so afraid of something going wrong. Anything not going exactly as planned starts to feel like the end of the world, so I really appreciate Jenna's words of advice. It might be easier for me to actually do stuff if I can work on accepting that things aren't going to go perfectly instead of trying to make sure everything does go perfectly. I love Rhett and Link together, but it is cool to see their other dimensions with others, especially with women. The Jessie episode was fantastic and Jenna is equally great. I enjoy the softer, sweeter sides of the guys. The regular dynamic with the boys is always enjoyable, but these additional conversations remind us they are even fuller humans than they normally share.

Watching two different types of people (basically opposites) make a friendship work isn’t always as fun as watching two people with similar personalities vibe and bounce ideas off of each other. This was like a breath of fresh air, we’re not used to this 😆 but I’m still glad it’s Link and Rhett at the end of the day. Link is a damn good friend and I know Rhett appreciates him. 🩷💙💜
With all that went on with the watcher guys, it warmed my heart to see the true GOATS of Mythical being so highly praised in so many comment sections over the weekend. "They should have just followed RnL" and "Rhett and Link did this, and did it well, a decade ago"'s all over the internet. And they did it while atleast giving the passing illusion they stayed humble, and even care to LOOK humble, for the audience sake. All the while pumping out a network worth off free, LOVED content. Proud to be a Mythical society member, especially this week.
BRO. I AM JENNA. I have had a bugout bag in my car that includes my tent, camping kettle/thermos, toilet paper, first aid kit, etc. People look at me like I'm crazy when I tell then that, but... There is so much to be said for the freedom that option just **being there** gives you in times of great stress. As an introvert and someone who needs to self-regulate through isolation, it's a non-negotiable part of my existence. I would recommend that everyone pack themselves a bugout bag and their tent in their car... just in case! ❤

The 3 Body Problem is good if it wasn't based off of a book that had a totally different view. The show makes it look like China was the bad guy. And white people are saving the day. It flips this weird idea of white saviorship that never happened in the book series. There's been a lot of debate on this regarding the book versus the Netflix show, curious to know of anyone else's opinions!
Link, I recommend reading The Body Keeps The Score. It’s abbot trauma but moreso the brain body connection and embodiment. It’s a good read (though the author plagiarized a woman of color writing it)

I never understand when people say they're reading several books at once. Are they reading one book, stop, and then read the other, stop, read another, stop, go back to the first book, stop, then the second, stop, then the third again? When I read I read the entire book, then move to the next book, read the entire book, move to the next book, etc.
I read based on my mood or time of day and availability of my books. One book will be on my kindle and one can be a physical copy. I might read one as my "reading before bed" book. One might be an audiobook I listen to while on a walk. Another might be educational that I like to read on lunch breaks. I view it kinda like taking multiple classes and setting time aside for that specific reading.
I'm Australian (but not from Melbourne) tho I feel like a decent middle-ground for an American pronunciation is "Melburn", after all they are called "Melburnians" [sic]
I went camping for the second time in my life for the eclipse earlier this year, it was a fun experience but much colder than i anticipated, my roommate talked up how good the sleeping bags were at keeping warm... not the case lol. This episode has reminded me that i planned to try camping again now that its getting warmer!
