실력이 없어서 sm에서 나오는 경우는 없는 것 같아요 sm도 데뷔를 기획할때 정해진 정원이 있고 그거에 맞춰서 돌아가는 시스템이기 때문에 데뷔할만한 시기라는 운에 맞아떨어져야 하는 것도 없지 않죠 오히려 팬덤과의 소통은 다른 소속사도 sm못지 않고 더욱 더 친밀감을 주게되는 그룹들의 케이스가 더 많을겁니다

@@mooncheolkim1989 세계관이야 회사에서 만드는거지 거기에 멤버들이 뭔 상관? 멤버들의 외모나 음반 컨셉, 이미지야 만들면 되지요ㅎㅎ 스엠에서 제일 중요하게 보는건 외모고 그 다음이 실력임. 지젤이나 닝닝보다 매력있고 실력 뛰어난 한국 애들 트럭으로도 차고 넘침. 다 수익을 위해 국가 쿼터제로 인원 나누는거지ㅎㅎ 음반 시장 세계 2위, 인구 1억 5천의 일본, 인구 14억의 중국 시장의 노다지를 포기할순 없지요. 그래서 이수만은 그렇게 뒤통수 맞아도 계속 중국인 멤버 뽑는데 스엠은 앞으로 신인팀 만들때 중국인 멤버 포함 안시킵니다. 시진핑의 문화 정책이 바뀌지 않는한ㅋㅋ

@@빈-c8m 아이브 기획사인 스타쉽은 중소가 아니라 오히려 초거대기획사다. 모기업인 다음카카오가 순위권 대기업이거든. 다음카카오가 카카오엔터테인먼트로 배우기획사 대여섯개 가수기획사 대여섯개 갖고있는데 그중 가장 메인으로 취급하는게 스타쉽이다. 참고로 국내 최대 유통사인 로엔과 최대 음싸인 멜론도 카카오꺼야. 스톤뮤직이 규모가 암만 작아도 CJ껀데 ㅈ소라고 하는 경우 없는거랑 같은이치다. 3대+하이브 다합쳐도 양대엔터사(CJ, 카카오) 규모 발끝도 못따라온다. CJ는 무려 지네들 방송국 갖고있고 채널 십수개 쥐고있거든.
Pretty sure SM did not care anything about them, It’s their fans that always brought this label up with them for a free promo like they’re not have a faith on their favs and insulted them by not believe that they can stand by their own feet.
sm이 4세대 걸그룹으로 부드러운 컨셉 여그룹을 시도 했으면 채현도 남았을거고 라미도 남았을것 같네요 그런데 에스파 같은 강한 컨셉으로 방향 틀면서 다 나간듯 에스파랑 부드러운 스타일 그룹도 하나 더 만들었으면 어땠을까하는 생각도 드네요. 그럼 라미처럼 오랫동안 데뷔 기다렸던 sm루키들도 빛을 보았을텐데
Chaehyun and Yeonjung have such a strong vocals. Imagine being like the main vocal of the whole competition. SM really missing out. Couldnt imagine if Chaehyun in aespa. Together with Winter, the vocals will be insane
I think I’ve read it in one of the comments before that when they were forming Aespa, the choice it actually either Winter or Chaehyun and also it’s either Giselle or Hina while karina and ningning are already picked for the group
진호는 엑소에서 탈락한게 아니에요. 본인피셜 엑소후보였던적 자체가 없습니다. 진호가 속해있던 데뷔조 프로젝트는 따로있었고 그 프로젝트 자체가 무산되면서 퇴사한거에요.. 그리고 펜타곤은 이미 완전체가 아닌 상태로도 팀활동을 꾸준히 해왔고 직전앨범 인바잇유도 8인, 그 전 럽올테잌 앨범은 7인활동 했어요. 진호 개인활동 뿐만 아니라 펜타곤 활동도 활발하게 할 예정이에요
자, 기획사가 걸그룹을 만들 때 그 그룹의 컨셉이 중요하고 얼마나 돈 벌이가 될지가 아주 큰 관건임. 그 컨셉이라는 큰 틀에 멤버 수와, 어떤 연습생들로 채울지도 중요해짐. 디렉터 및 아티스트 크리에이터로 활동하는 사람은 김채현이 에스파로 왜 데뷔가 어려웠는지 대충 짐작은 할 수 있음. 일단 채현이가 보컬의 문제는 아니였음. 다만 지젤이 채용된 건 당시 후보자 중에서 보면 파격적이긴 했으나 이 업계에서 흔한 일이기에.. 우연은 노래 음역대 연습을 집중 해야 하는 정도겠지만, 채현이는 체질 개선 및 체형관리를 할 수 있도록 소속사에서 집중 관리를 해주며 건강한 다이어트를 할 수 있게 해야함. 4세대 걸그룹 중에 아직 다듬지 못했으나 가장 크게 빛 날 가능성이 보이는 멤버 중 김채현이 있는 것은 맞음. 실제 팩트는 수만회장님이 타 걸그룹 인재를 아깝다 여기시는 경우는 거의 없음. 소속 걸그룹들 챙기시기도 바쁘심 ㅎㅎ
Rather than regrets, I think lee soo man would rather be proud or happy for them instead. Since their groups is chosen miticulously, there is no doubt that they will let go on some of their talented trainees too. He'd be happy for them because even they are not in sm anymore, they can still shine on their own.
I would add one artist who didn't train at SM but that SM wishes would have signed with SM - Psy. After his military enlistment scandal (he ended up having to serve two terms), he was broke and had to close up his company, so he ended up signing with YG. SuJu's Heechul always regreted that he never signed with SM.
This was a great segment, DoYouRam. Would you do the same featuring former JYP trainees? JYP lost so many former trainees like Sieun and J debuting with STAYC at High Up. Seeing them where they are with STAYC now makes me happy for them so leaving JYP really worked out.
And soloist Natty, who beat out Momo to join Twice but JYP cut her from teh group for her age, then she left JYP, feeling discouraged, then later was in Idol School (and likely got manipulated out of making Fromis_9, as she went from 1st to suddenly and randomly falling in rankings and never getting screentime.
they would also put Lucy from woo!ah who left JYP as well... although I don't remember when she trained. Oh and I forget that their leader Nana was scouted by SM but that's not relevant I'm just here to promote my underrated group
It's shame that yeonjung and wjsn is not popular 😩 because they are my favourite group in queendom these days and yeonjung her voice is sweet like ningning but her high notes and vocals are next level 🔥🔥
@@Jpnslvr but she will still have a lot of fame in those 2 plus years in Kep1er, her agency is the same with Jo Yuri, former main vocalist of izone. So i'm pretty sure, just like her sunbaenim, she won't be forgotten that easily :)
@@yj2754 not really izone's discography made them successful and not the companny they were in. Jo Yuri being in that company won't be any good either because it's same company that have so much controversies that includes their own idol suing them for mistreatment. I think if chaehyun gets to debut and promote again in a permanent group then her success will be guaranteed. She's still so young tho so there's pretty much more time for that.
SM chose the current members from all the ex trainees bcos they see them fit the most in all categories so I don't think there is anything to regret for
IKR! Unlike jyp, SM doesn't ever seem to regret about their artist bcz they prepared them through super tight selection. Well, except for f(x) i hope they regret did them quite dirty
Same thoughts here. They have so many talents under the roof, one gone didnt affect them. Also the groups under SM are more well-known compared to the trainees left. So i dont think SM ever regret. But of course I understand the title trying to say these talents are too good to be ignored.
Tsuki and Haram were both SM trainees which were moved to a SM subsidiary, probably SM didn't find them suited for aespa's concept but didn't want to lose them completely so transferred them to one of their subsidiary which was making a gg.
@@SicaRun Haram wasn't an SM trainee but rather received SM vocal training because she won a contest. because of that it might have opened for her some doors at mystic but she didn't actually try/pass any audition to be a trainee at SM tho

good video, but I have some corrections and clarifications :) 6:34 jinho was actually never supposed to be in exo! he was supposed to be in another group that would have debuted between shinee and exo, but it didn’t happen. 6:51 pentagon will be having group activities still :) two out of nine members are in the military, but seven is more than enough to record and promote albums. they will perform in london in july and will have at least one more comeback this year
Jinho said in an interview that he wasn't supposed to be in EXO but in another group but things happen and the group was disbanded before they got to debut and so he left

I dont think he regret losing them bcs sm could have debut aespa with more members but they decided to go with 4 . So the amount of talent that the 4 have must have been so good that they decided to not make it a group with more members
I doubt that Lee Sooman regrets something, we all know how fierce is the competition in SM, most of them are very talented or have a big potential. If they as trainees didn't stand the pressure or/and didn't adapt, is not the company's fault. SM have a tough selection race and it can be very demanding psychologically, but once you debuted, all the hard work is compensated and all the doors are opened for you. IG didn't see how much potential Xiumin had, but SM recognised it and, with his hard work, he is now the Allrounder of EXO. Lay left SM twice when he was trainee, but he overcame all the hardship and with perseverance, he became a huge celebrity with EXO, but also solo, in China ( now CEO of 4 companies) There are many factors that can change your career in better.. but also in worse. !! Also huge respect and recognition for the idols mentioned in the video !!
no shade to all of these people mentioned in the video but i think lee soo man let them go cus when they were let go they didn't have the "SM visual" that they look for in all their idols especially female idols. Chaehyun compare to aespa, i don't think Chaehyun can compare to aespa visual and their ai avatar conspect.
Ji Hansol is an unfortunate SM Trainee. He gained popularity in SM Rookies and looked promising. After he couldnt debut in NCT, he left SM at age 23, and joined The Unit Survival Show. After UNB, he joined Newkidd, and is now forgotten and doing his Military service.
He was impatient, he could’ve debuted with NCT but bcs his seniority and inferiority bcs not debuting earlier than other members, he chose his ego to leave. Such an unfortunate and reckless decision
@@ismailabdhakim3704 by right, he wasnt young anymore to debut with NCT at that time. If I remember correctly he left after Johnny and Doyoung got to debut with 127. Theres no more room for the “old” trainee to spot a place in NCT. Jungwoo was said to be the eldest among the trainees after Hansol left. Its not about impatient, but the probability was very low.

스엠은 인재풀이 엄청 많음. 데뷔 인원의 몇배수로 뽑아놓고 수많은 연습생들 중에서 추리고 추려서 최종에서는 그룹 컨셉, 곡 컨셉과 맞지 않으면 눈물을 머금고 추려 내는거지. 지금 활동중인 걸그룹 중 스엠 제와피 와이지에 왠만한 외모, 실력파들은 한번쯤은 다 거쳐갔을거 같은데?ㅋㅋ 따라서 이런 영상들은 억까기 많음. 그리고 다 결과론이고ㅋㅋ 모든 일이 일어난 상황에서 이런말은 누가 못해ㅋㅋㅋ
you forgot to mention mystic story ent. is a subsidiary to sm so no sm didn't lose tsuki. often kpop companies will choose trainees to debut that will fit that certain group's concept & image. same reason how red velvet debuted as 4 member group but yeri was added later and how sheon, from gp999 was added in billlie after billlie's debut
Dongheon was supposed to debut in nct since he was seen filming contents with them pre debut but idk what happened that he had to cancel that debut :(((

The fact that yeonjung’s specialty is dancing and not her vocal is insane. She must trained really hard when she was in SM.

요즘아이돌보면 무조건 대기업에서 대뷔해야하는걸 느낌
외모적으로 비슷하다고보면
대기업 아이돌성장속도 미친거같음

그 컨셉이라는 큰 틀에 멤버 수와, 어떤 연습생들로 채울지도 중요해짐.
디렉터 및 아티스트 크리에이터로 활동하는 사람은 김채현이 에스파로 왜 데뷔가 어려웠는지 대충 짐작은 할 수 있음.
일단 채현이가 보컬의 문제는 아니였음. 다만 지젤이 채용된 건 당시 후보자 중에서 보면 파격적이긴 했으나 이 업계에서 흔한 일이기에..
우연은 노래 음역대 연습을 집중 해야 하는 정도겠지만, 채현이는 체질 개선 및 체형관리를 할 수 있도록 소속사에서 집중 관리를 해주며 건강한 다이어트를 할 수 있게 해야함.
4세대 걸그룹 중에 아직 다듬지 못했으나 가장 크게 빛 날 가능성이 보이는 멤버 중 김채현이 있는 것은 맞음.
실제 팩트는 수만회장님이 타 걸그룹 인재를 아깝다 여기시는 경우는 거의 없음. 소속 걸그룹들 챙기시기도 바쁘심 ㅎㅎ

Rather than regrets, I think lee soo man would rather be proud or happy for them instead. Since their groups is chosen miticulously, there is no doubt that they will let go on some of their talented trainees too. He'd be happy for them because even they are not in sm anymore, they can still shine on their own.

I would add one artist who didn't train at SM but that SM wishes would have signed with SM - Psy. After his military enlistment scandal (he ended up having to serve two terms), he was broke and had to close up his company, so he ended up signing with YG. SuJu's Heechul always regreted that he never signed with SM.

This was a great segment, DoYouRam. Would you do the same featuring former JYP trainees? JYP lost so many former trainees like Sieun and J debuting with STAYC at High Up. Seeing them where they are with STAYC now makes me happy for them so leaving JYP really worked out.

Jo Yuri being in that company won't be any good either because it's same company that have so much controversies that includes their own idol suing them for mistreatment. I think if chaehyun gets to debut and promote again in a permanent group then her success will be guaranteed. She's still so young tho so there's pretty much more time for that.
SM chose the current members from all the ex trainees bcos they see them fit the most in all categories so I don't think there is anything to regret for
IKR! Unlike jyp, SM doesn't ever seem to regret about their artist bcz they prepared them through super tight selection. Well, except for f(x) i hope they regret did them quite dirty
Same thoughts here. They have so many talents under the roof, one gone didnt affect them. Also the groups under SM are more well-known compared to the trainees left. So i dont think SM ever regret.
But of course I understand the title trying to say these talents are too good to be ignored.

에셈이 알아보지 못한 보석이 아니라 본인이 포기하고 나가는 경우가 많음. 그리고 기획사에서는 만들고있는 그룹 컨셉과 어울리냐 안어울리냐 차이도 있는데 지금 나가서 따로 데뷔한 아이돌들 에셈이 붙잡지 않은거 별로 후회할거같진 않음

tsuki is still part of sm since their company has a big shares to SMEnt they're not subsidiary but division of SM.
Tsuki and Haram were both SM trainees which were moved to a SM subsidiary, probably SM didn't find them suited for aespa's concept but didn't want to lose them completely so transferred them to one of their subsidiary which was making a gg.

6:51 pentagon will be having group activities still :) two out of nine members are in the military, but seven is more than enough to record and promote albums. they will perform in london in july and will have at least one more comeback this year
Jinho said in an interview that he wasn't supposed to be in EXO but in another group but things happen and the group was disbanded before they got to debut and so he left
if you do the math, yeonjung would've debuted in red velvet. imagine how stronger vocally they'd be, considering they're already fantastic.

I doubt that Lee Sooman regrets something, we all know how fierce is the competition in SM, most of them are very talented or have a big potential. If they as trainees didn't stand the pressure or/and didn't adapt, is not the company's fault. SM have a tough selection race and it can be very demanding psychologically, but once you debuted, all the hard work is compensated and all the doors are opened for you.
IG didn't see how much potential Xiumin had, but SM recognised it and, with his hard work, he is now the Allrounder of EXO.
Lay left SM twice when he was trainee, but he overcame all the hardship and with perseverance, he became a huge celebrity with EXO, but also solo, in China ( now CEO of 4 companies)
There are many factors that can change your career in better.. but also in worse.

Ji Hansol is an unfortunate SM Trainee. He gained popularity in SM Rookies and looked promising. After he couldnt debut in NCT, he left SM at age 23, and joined The Unit Survival Show. After UNB, he joined Newkidd, and is now forgotten and doing his Military service.
He was impatient, he could’ve debuted with NCT but bcs his seniority and inferiority bcs not debuting earlier than other members, he chose his ego to leave. Such an unfortunate and reckless decision

you forgot to mention mystic story ent. is a subsidiary to sm so no sm didn't lose tsuki. often kpop companies will choose trainees to debut that will fit that certain group's concept & image. same reason how red velvet debuted as 4 member group but yeri was added later and how sheon, from gp999 was added in billlie after billlie's debut
