Tabakoshi is just 4.5 km from Mirik. Most visitors prefer to travel via Gopaldhara to reach Tabakoshi. It is 9 km through the picturesque Tea Valley.
One can avail share cab from Siliguri to Mirik and again from Mirik to Tabakoshi. However, Sunakhari Homestay can pick you up from Siliguri or any place in Darjeeling district.
Sunakhari Homestay: There are around 10 Homestays in Tabakoshi now. Sunakhari Homestay is the best among them. they have 10 cottages and 5 Deluxe Rooms to accommodate more than 40 people. Largest of all. Food is amazing by all means. The provide egg, fish and chicken but No mutton or beef is allowed. Also take care of vegetarian guests.
Local Sightseeing: They arrange sightseeing to Mirik, Gopaldhara, Lepchajagat, Darjeeling, Kurseong, Sittong and any place in the hills of Darjeeling. Including visits to Pashupati Market and other places in Nepal.
