Hi, that's crazy, I've never tried these specific exercises! Super interesting videos and many new challenges, I actually realised I can do over 10 push ups on rings also I can Lsit on rings for 20sec also Push on rings LVL 2 from first 10 attemtsa but it's very risky! Since I train on purpose and with Strong Academy I progress much faster ! Thanks Andrei for your tips and Content!

Bodybuilders have poor straight arm, core, and grip strength. Aside from that they are very strong. I did both. Give them a shot though, you will find they can shoulder press you while you do planche on their hands easily.
@andrystrong1 pull ups with many plates hanging on a belt is a good challenge for bodybuilders. Dips too, with plates hanging. Aside from that, there really is no natural crossover skills.
