Kimberly Whisk you can make your own Boursin cheese. Lots of recipes online. It's made with cream cheese. A lot less expensive . Especially if you find a great deal on cream cheese. Enjoy your game day celebration!

My favorite salad is arugula, Boursin crumbled, red onion, strawberries, and pecans with balsamic vinaigrette. Boursin is amazing melted into heavy cream and parmesan for an Alfredo type sauce. It is the BEST topping for a burger. I also use it to stuff mushrooms... Boursin, onions, white cheddar or Swiss into the mushrooms and baked in the oven at 411 degrees until bubbly and delicious.

Zyrtec daily, year round for me. Takes all the itching away. The environment is no joke!🤧
This is my routine as well. I do switch up Zyrtec with other OTC meds like Claritin or store brands. Has made a huge difference and no sleepy side effect.
For those Costco bagged salads I always chopped up a head of romaine to add to it. Makes it go farther!

Love the video. I love all the fall veggies. Our garden is booming this yrs. We got a massive load of green beans, we processed those. We had 3 electric canners and a stove canner going. 15 to 20 med pumpkins cut and removed seeds put in oven roasted. Skinned and Purred them and packaged for freezer. Seeds were cleaned and toasted in the oven with alittle salt and avocado oil. We had Butternut squash ready. Proceed and canned for soup. Probably have more this wkend. Wish we could be closer. You can come snag the goodies too.
Kim, I love to can! I learned by watching U tube . Once you learn the basic steps, it's easy. It takes work, but I think you'll be hooked once you get started. I love canning soup, chili, veggies, etc. The sky is the limit.

You have to try the Biscoff creamy cookie spread on the croissant with a few fresh raspberries stuffed inside and warm in the air fryer for few minutes and it is DIVINE!! I call it breakfast, my husband calls it indulgent. But most good breakfast is basically dessert in disguise! 😂

Kim ihave oral allergy syndrome and cross react with some fruit or vegetables that are raw. More importantly and scary was when I started having an anaphylactic reaction to inulin. I react to parsnips and inulin which they started putting in food otherwise known as chicory root fiber in some gluten free products. I identified the culprit of inulin when drinking a glass of water lemon and stevia. The stevia packet had inulin and I had a lightening fast allergic reaction of my throat closing. Curiously my allergist said I was the third patient he had with an anaphylactic reaction to inulin. Read those labels carefully before eating. Yesterday I put a piece of healthy chocolate in my mouth and immediately spit it out when the label disclosed chicory root as an ingredient. What the heck!
Do not throw the chicken skin away. Add it to the bones when you make stock. It has so much flavor
Once you cool down stock and store in fridge the fat will rise to the top and then you can remove. Pull the chicken thighs. Great video.

Good morning from South Florida 🏝️🏝️ if you leave whole garlic in the fridge, they will sprout they should be in a basket in the pantry. 😍😍. Once they’re peeled, you can put them in the fridge . And I love the Boursin cheese. I use it on my cheese boards, and in my eggs, much cheaper than Publix especially when you can grab it on sale at Costco sometimes.💕💕

Yes I have this allergy thing.. it’s so weird because I got it more when I moved to Florida. I think the weather and environment here has a lot of allergies.. everyone I know here have so sort of allergy.. but for the oral tingling from a fruit you may be sensitive to.
TIP: chew on something else like a chip or different texture and taste and it will help the tingling stop.

Kim, i just watched a very good video on seasonal type allergies too. Me, when goldenrod and ragweed come out, I'm miserable. The informative video that i watched actually said that if I start drinking goldenrod tea and ragweed tea that my allergies would eventually go away. These people can explain it all better than I, of course. But hey, let's give it a try and see if it works. Goldenrod is out big time where I live. 😂
But the whole allergies that you explained definitely makes sense. Especially the fresh foods, because they are being pollinated by bee's.
