No one that ever watched this show would say Piz. I guarantee you 99.9 % of the people donated money to see Logan and Veronica.

So, whether you accept it or not, no one really watches shows or movies for nice, polite and correct couples. We all want to experience love that consumes us. Logan and Veronica stand for love that is stronger than rational mind. They can break up as many times as they want, they will always come back to each other until the end of time. In fact, I'm sure that in Season 4 we will see Veronica contemplate her feelings for Leo, a young police officer from season 1. She will be tempted by the possibility of a safe, easy, calm relationship that Leo could offer her. But she will come to terms with the fact that safe and calm is just not who she is. Logan is the man for her, with all his flaws. And she is the one for Logan, with all her flaws.

Veronica isn't built for an average, boring, normal life with someone like Piz, she needs passion and excitement, just look at how quick she was to pack up and go back to Neptune and Logan as soon as he called. Team Logan all the way. Him and Veronica are perfect together. They just love each other so much and they always end up circling back to one another because nothing and no one else can compete.

In the movie he is now a grown man who managed to overcome every bad thing that happened to him and focus on his career, he’s mature and treats Veronica right. Why wouldn’t they be together?
@alice hatterz woah, uh NO. Logan before Lily's death was an abused popular boy who loved his gf even though they each broke up and Lily and he cheated constantly. Lily and Logan was an unhealthy relationship. Logan and Veronica is a healthy one. Once he fell for her, that was it for him. He was always loyal to her. Veronica because of Lily's death, became suspicious of everyone and the aftermath of everyone betraying her added to that. Logan blamed Veronica and himself, just as Veronica blamed herself and everyone else. Logan never raped Veronica, in fact he was completely understanding and supportive of her throughout her telling him. Logan left her 1 time in the 3rd season. The other times, it was Veronica leaving. Yeah, he hooked up with Madison while they were broken up and it severely wrecked her trust in him because of Who it was, not that he did it. All of season 2 shows Logan's anger at Veronica because he loved her but couldn't do anything because she was back with Duncan. We saw Logan's feelings whether he was aware of them or not, in the season 1 episode where they dedicated the fountain to Lily by showing the way he looked at and smiled back at Veronica. It is the same look he gives her in the classroom while their teacher asks for news stories. It's a look we see constantly on Logan's face. And Veronica always has a look where she loves him. but is scared of being abandoned or hurt. It's why they can't stop from loving each other.

as a 22 year old guy, it's unhealthy how excited i am for this movie.

Anyway, Piz can keep up with Veronica intellectually. And she's 30 now and has to be about the guy that's going to be stable in her life and Logan is not stable at all.

@@BenjaminGlatt Logan is smart as hell, too. Don't forget that. Logan was stable as well. Teen Logan and adult Logan are different sides of the same coin, same with Veronica.
I find this triangle interesting from the view point of the: writers, actors, producers, ect... Because they keep saying, "Why can't she just love Piz. He's a good guy he loves her..." on and on... And CB makes the statement that Logan's pull is just too much for her... JD states that she would have a more interesting life with Logan and a better one with Piz.... But they all seem to be missing the point... The choice is not about the guy... It's about Veronica and Veronica is about drama and action... Being with Piz is in fact running from herself... With or without Logan Veronica is going to end up back here in some form or another... Because that is who she is... She is not the lawyer or the nine to fiver... She is the investigative reporter, the police, FBI, PI, CIA... And even if they end this with her and Logan walking away again... She is still going to be herself... No matter what happens with Logan, she and Piz will never work.
Best point I have heard in the Veronica Mars love triangle. So excited for season 4.

Piz is boring next to V! Logan doesnt take crap from her. Piz and V, no way! Logan has saved her life, how many times? The flawed character in V Mars is V! She judges everyone, lies constantly to her father, thinks she is superior to everyone!
Team LoVe all the way, but I do hope Piz meets a nice girl. He deserves it.
I really like Piz. I think he's such a sweet guy and if Logan didn't exist I would be so happy for her to be with Piz. Logan and Veronica share a bond that she and Piz will never have. Logan saved Veronica's life, Logan and Veronica both loved and lost Lilly. Their relationship goes so much deeper than any relationship she can have with any other guy. And yeah, in real life you'd say she should move on and put all that in the past but in this fiction, she needs to be with Logan in order to maintain the original essence of Veronica Mars.

All this Piz would treat her better is non-sense. I feel like people like to make Logan out to be worse than he is. Did he treat her like crap during the whole Lily thing? Sure, but Logan pretty much was treating everyone like crap at that point in the show. Logan always treated Veronica pretty damn great. He loved and protected her, while she accused him of rape and murder and well anything she could think of to blame him for. He even asks her one time "Isn't time you found a new bad guy?" Bc seriously Logan may be reckless and have some anger issues, but overall he is not a bad guy. He is actually pretty great one who would go to the ends of the earth for Veronica. I doubt we could say the same about Piz. Sure he might be nicer, but nicer isn't always better.
For me, it's not a matter of "nice guy" vs "bad boy". It's a matter of being much more invested in a complex character with a compelling backstory, who has been part of the story from the beginning and was slowly developed over time. Of course I don't care about a "perfect boyfriend" cypher who seemed to have been crammed in at the last minute with no purpose other than to create a "love triangle". I have no use for Piz and I don't want him taking up precious screen time. I'm interested in what happens to Logan whether or not he and Veronica are together. It always seemed like a missed opportunity that the show didn't have Veronica and Logan team up on cases more often, instead we got a bunch of tiresome relationship drama. My only hope is that the movie is better than that.
I worry about Logan's mental health without Veronica around.

I think there might be, just for those who want Veronica to have that steady, sweet guy (the kind most dads want for their daughters), but most of us Veronica Mars fans are LoVe shippers. I actually liked Duncan and Veronica together though.
Kristen said Piz treats Veronica better but remember Logan saved Veronica's life in season 2 then saved her Dad's life in the movie. Logan has always been the one and Jason Dohring is so charismatic in his acting you can't help but root for Logan.

I can't believe an actual debate about this exists.. LoVe all the way. They were together since the beginning, and they'll be together in the end. You can't beat their relationship tho....
If Veronica were any other person, I'd say choose Piz. But the thing about Veronica is that she's not built for normal. She may claim to want normal, but always gravitates back towards the chaos. And think because, deep down, that's the kind of person she is and because of that, I think Logan suits her better. Plus, I think Piz deserves a girl who will be as committed to him as he is to her because he really is a sweetheart and he deserves a girl with a little less baggage.

i know her choice balance between stability with Piz and what she can really feel in the deepness of her heart. even if Piz represent kindness; quiet life....she cannot avoid her real feeling anymore. other than that... yeah, c'mon guys, be it what may it be along the way, but in the end, it's LOGAN the right guy for her. It would suck if they didn't end up together.

I would hate to be the person who has to put together the TV trailer for this movie. It simply CANNOT be made to appeal only to VM fans. VM fans will be seeing this movie regardless. They have to make a trailer that will appeal to people who never heard of VM. That will be the challenge.

Logan, definitely. BUT i love Piz SO MUCH, and i would hate Veronica if she cheated on him. I don't care how the writers made the story : Piz doesn't have to be hurt to satisfy LoVe fans. Quite the contrary, we are after a "total happy ending" :D For Piz, too !

Look. I need need NEEEEEEED for Logan and Veronica to get together. I KNOW it wouldn't work in real life and I'd drag any actual friend screaming away from Logan - but we come to fictional universes to satisfy what can't happen in real life, and Logan/Veronica have an immeasurably deeper and more complex relationship. Satisfy the fans please.
To me Veronica is the kind of person who needs constant change and unexpected action which Logan gives to her. With Piz, the relationship would be too boring.
