When the Govt. of Indira Gandhi ignores the seniority, due to some reasons, senior judges resigned! But Kureshi did not resign, so far, though gross injustice was done to him by the Collegium, without any reasons! Why? Common man knows!
While reminding the civil society and media about accountability Supreme Court perhaps forgot to apply it to themselves.Collegium system therefore has to go.Petty politics,casteism,merit taking a backseat and ganging up is pretty common.What is worse is that all appointments have taken place in less than a week of Justice RF Nariman's retirement.The only judge who made it clear to the Collegium that unless "Justice Kureshi gets elevated,I will not let any other judge get elevated to the Supreme Court".Very few have wielded such high moral authority.Justice Chelameshwar was another outstanding judge who refused to attend collegium meetings saying that the entire process is opaque.

Government should abolish the collegium system of judges appointment and form "commission for appointment of judges" where centralized competitive exams for recruitment are needed for appointments of judges.

It appears that in 2010 Mr Amit Shah was a victim of a political grudge of Congress Party. Mr Querecy, though being a High Court Judge, got influenced and wrongly pronounced the judgement in Sorab Uddin Sheikh matter causing grave injustice to Mr Amit Shah. That he was a victim of injustice was proved beyond doubt in 2014 when Mr Shah was completely exonerated and it was also proved that the Sorab Uddin Sheikh case was a completely fake and scripted matter. I feel like every one in our society a judge is also accountable for wrong doings. That Mr Sordeshai is a politically motivated person, a biased journalist and a BJP hater has been proved beyond doubt when he himself was found to have tweeted a fake message that a farmer had died due to firing by police during farmers agitation at New Delhi on Republic Day, which is a deliberate lie to create more trouble and add fuel into that violent agitation, because it was proved later on that the person died due to accidental toppling of his tractor which he was driving. Delhi police under Home Minister, Mr Amit Shah, did not fire a single round inspite of all sorts of provocation. Earlier, in a video we have found Mr Mukesh Ambani is saying that he do not consider Mr Sardeshai seriously. Let us follow it.

As much for your effort to expose the way Justice Qureshi was not included in the list sent to the Govt for approval.Is remarkable i only wish to caution you about the risk you run off rubbing those who call the shots the wrong way.
I am yet to see a single Muslim who is a prominent Indian come out and make out the way the collegium had acted when Justice Nariman as a part off collegium had insisted on including the name of Justice Qureshi leaving the Govt to take the call.
The truth is such things hardly matter and its best we leave the case to rest.
The silence of retired Judges and retired chief justices of the Supreme Court is compelling.
What this simply exposes is the way Justice is dispensed to those who render it.

It appears that in 2010 Mr Amit Shah was a victim of a political grudge of Congress Party. Mr Querecy, though being a High Court Judge, got influenced and wrongly pronounced the judgement in Sorab Uddin Sheikh matter causing grave injustice to Mr Amit Shah.
That he was a victim of injustice was proved beyond doubt in 2014 when Mr Shah was completely exonerated and it was also proved that the Sorab Uddin Sheikh case was a completely fake and scripted matter.
I feel like every one in our society a judge is also accountable for wrong doings.
That Mr Sordeshai is a politically motivated person, a biased journalist and a BJP hater has been proved beyond doubt when he himself was found to have tweeted a fake message that a farmer had died due to firing by police during farmers agitation at New Delhi on Republic Day, which is a deliberate lie to create more trouble and add fuel into that violent agitation, because it was proved later on that the person died due to accidental toppling of his tractor which he was driving. Delhi police under Home Minister, Mr Amit Shah, did not fire a single round inspite of all sorts of provocation.
Earlier, in a video we have found Mr Mukesh Ambani is saying that he do not consider Mr Sardeshai seriously.
