Very good selection of locos and workings there Mike. Being north of Crewe means more pairs of 86s(which is always good!), but I do wonder if these will be replaced by pairs of 90s soon, especially if Freightliner are having most of Anglia's 90s........ Nice bonus of Mk5 Sleeper test and 90 dragging 325s as well.
Very nice. Apologies for not uploading much on my channel, it’s just been a very bad couple of months for freight in my area, due to many being cancelled. However I was at Barnetby yesterday and it was a good enough day to Video.
Great video. Seen 90018 hauling 325012/008/011 at Stafford earlier as well as 88009. Some of a few in my latest upload. Stafford was pretty busy when Voyagers weren't getting in the way.
I will have a look at your video Chris, yes Stafford is a good station to visit, I am thinking of uploading some filming I did in 1999 to show how things have changed there, and to get the opinion from you guy on the quality. Mike.
Spent a bit of my youth there!!! Class 37s on Clyde cement bak in the early 80s fair days !!! A pair broke down coming through the stn sparks going out of top!!! Rescued by another 2 !! If only we had phones then to capture it lol.
That would of been amazing to get on film, I have tonight found the last time I went to this station in 1997. thank you for watching my video from last week.
Well I don't really know why Richard, all I can tell you is over the last few weeks when the WCML is closed between Crewe and Warrington everything is been diverted via Manchester which the route is all electrified. The Virgin stuff is going that route so I think the reason could be is the drivers that drive the 325s don't know the route so that's why the class 90s are doing the long distance working. Regards Mike.
A superb compilation of clips Mike, covering a wide range of trains speeding through...Regards...Bob
Yes It was ok Bob, just one problem the station could do with better lighting away from the station builds. Thanks for watching Bob. Regards Mike

Yeah it was a ok few hours Darren, and tonight I have found the footage I did In 1997.
Really enjoyed this footage from Oxenholme, Mike. Some of the night shots came out particularly well.
Pleased you enjoyed Kyle I was a little disappointed with the station lighting, thanks for taking a look. Regards Mike.

Thanks Kenneth for your comment, I'm thinking of doing a short part two from 1997 which I have found tonight. Regards Mike.

Cheers Ross. Regards Mike.
MK5 sleepers look good, nice footage Mike, keep them coming!
Yes that was a nice surprise the coming, and I believe they are very good for sleeping compared to the MK 3s. Cheers Mike.
Mm I see classic mail train formation there 😃 great video, I prefer the 88s 😊
That's fair enough we all have our favorite loco's don't we. Thanks very much for taking a look. Regards Mike.
@@antman09ful1 yep, anytime

Another excellent video Mike, clearly a busy place

It was OK Anthony, not sure if I would go there again as the lighting a Carlisle is better for night filming. Regards Mike.

That 195 unit looks quick and he wasn't even trying.
Craig on its next trip to Windermere it was raining and as it pulled away it got wheel slip.
Enjoyed that - thank you Mike :)

Nice one Mike from a station I have only passed on train
Thanks Andrew,
Did you enjoy your pint as much as I enjoyed your video. Nice one, thanks.
Yes I did I tried a local bitter from the Hawkshead collection. Pleased you enjoyed the video.
158 at the start has 2008 on it
Does it I will watch it again to see why, thanks for taking a look.
Why do the 325’s not go by there own power?

Sounds like a reasonable assumption. Thanks
Great video, not trying to be rude but it is an 86 not a 86, an should always go before volwes e.g an eighty six
GW RAILFAN Maybe you could learn to spell. What the hell is "volwes"?
@@Hiddenuser-bv5mo alright calm down I meant vowles
@@jcrailwayvideos6588 It's actually spelt "vowels" but don't worry about it.
@@Hiddenuser-bv5mo ok my bad, doesn't matter now, but thank you for pointing that out
Will all I'm going to say is thanks for taking a look GW RAILFAN.
Oxinum.
Really ok, thanks
