Is it not back to the same old reliance on foreign imported products?
How about earth compressed bricks, which is just mud, abundant in Africa, as the main material? It is cheap, durable and beautiful too!
This technology uses a product with a huge environmental challenge, Styrofoam, which is one of the most dangerous products to the environment. It takes millions of years to biodegrade. And it's already all over.
If this technology becomes popular what will be done with all the cut-off pieces, and in the future when such buildings need to be demolished and rebuild? Remember there is not much incentive for the recycling of Styrofoam. I can go on and on. The technology is interesting but for the environmental threat it poses. Does the company have a solution to that?

He already explained in the interview that the company recycles the cut-off pieces. Did you realise styrofoam has been a recyclable product for ages? It takes people in the right places to take advantage of the recycling process, no matter the material.
