Improve mobility for martial arts.
This is a general full body warm up for muay thai, martial arts of weight training as well as improving your mobility for martial arts.
This routine takes between 15-30 mins to complete and consists of:
Foam Rolling
Banded Stretches
Mobility and Dynamic Stretches
