There are people with epilepsy who needs to graduate in our medication. I need to be seizure-free and take my meds for the straight 5 years and get check up to see if I could finally stop relying on meds. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, seizure free is an achievement and something we're grateful for. It fucking suck to reset just because of a goddamn flashing lights on a video.

I love that line: "Bike like this is like a Cadillac to these kids." Talk about putting circumstances in perspective. No guy in that day and age would just leave a Cadillac on a road in the middle of nowhere willingly. Same would go for a kid and that really nice bike. (Although personally I don't really know cars or bikes; I don't actually know what a Cadillac even looks like.)
Cadillacs take on many looks depending on automobile type. But I mean to put into perspective, they use Prada for their leather and Bose for their sound systems. Cadillacs are still pretty boujee even in this day and age. But yeah depends on the model and the type of automobile it is. They have everything from sedans to trucks, from luxury to super luxury. (Cadillacs are expensive to begin with and don't really have an economy level car.)
The part where mike gets mad at eleven for "failing" to save will , and Peter Gabriel's "heros" starts to play , I literally started just shedding tears like my head was a rain cloud .. No sobbing , no moaning , no groaning , just tears flowing .. It made me so emotional for some reason.. The acting, the music , the situation,even the lights flashing from the ambulance! Just pure movie magic !

One of my favourite things about stranger things is that Steve Harington went form an annoying jock douche in season 1 to a funny charismatic guardian to mike, Dustin, Lucas and Max in season 3, say what you want about ST but they nailed the character growth
I've always hated Mike. He's a huge brat, whines a lot, all about making love to El. Season 1 he was decent. At best. After he became an annoying character that I hated to see him.
There was 7.8 billion deaths in the cabin in the woods kill count cuz in the end the planet got destroyed by a beast who hasn't been fed all the required bloobs of stereo type characters
Romero did such interesting things with the found footage concept with Diary of the Dead. I'd be interested to see James cover it. Specifically when the dude has to charge the camera so we only hear what's happening in the other room.
Man, I remember way back when James first started this channel and said he'd probably never cover a television series. Well, I'm sure glad you've done so - and in such good form - because now the floodgates are open for a lot more horror, gore, and Dead Meat.
I was about 5 minutes into this video but stopped it to watch the first season for myself. I am glad I did. I see why so many people like it. Now I need to watch season 2 before James drops the next kill count for it!
That Beasty Boys reference... It gets me every single time when you slip in a reference to a song etc. in your commentary. Hats off to pulling these off so well.
I just wanna say that I really, really appreciate every aspect of Kill Counts, but my favorite under-praised thing is the editing. I love how often the cuts to actors previous roles matches their exact location on screen and it really adds a layer of awesome visuals to an already fantastically made show filled with wonderful facts and humor.
What I love about Stranger Things is this sort of "group of teens improvising to solve a problem" feel, and the comparison they make with the monster of the game and the real monster, which I think season 4 manages to bring back beautifully. *SPOILER WARNING FROM THIS POINT ON* My only complaint about 4 is that they made Jim Hopper a genius who manages to escape a soviet prison and trick the Demogorgon all by himself. It's completely out of character and pulled off unnecessarily. As for Steve, Eddy, Nancy and Robin, I find it weird that when they get pulled to the underworld, none of them shows the least of fear or remorse to kill the creatures. They just go full on DOOM style as if they weren’t just a bunch of teens.
Can we just appreciate how will actually grabbed a gun to protect himself? Not only that but a Shoutgun? And he waited for the attacker to walk through the door to shoot? I mean it’s a shame the demogorgen sneaked up behind him
One of the things I love about him is that when he does flash warnings he makes a sound when it starts, and when it ends so people can know when to look back at the screen. It’s the little things people.
Imagine a supernatural kill count, with every season the count would just get more and more conveluded due to resurrection, not death, mass murder and more

One of my favourite things about stranger things is that Steve Harington went form an annoying jock douche in season 1 to a funny charismatic guardian to mike, Dustin, Lucas and Max in season 3, say what you want about ST but they nailed the character growth

I just wanna say that I really, really appreciate every aspect of Kill Counts, but my favorite under-praised thing is the editing. I love how often the cuts to actors previous roles matches their exact location on screen and it really adds a layer of awesome visuals to an already fantastically made show filled with wonderful facts and humor.
What I love about Stranger Things is this sort of "group of teens improvising to solve a problem" feel, and the comparison they make with the monster of the game and the real monster, which I think season 4 manages to bring back beautifully.
*SPOILER WARNING FROM THIS POINT ON*
My only complaint about 4 is that they made Jim Hopper a genius who manages to escape a soviet prison and trick the Demogorgon all by himself. It's completely out of character and pulled off unnecessarily. As for Steve, Eddy, Nancy and Robin, I find it weird that when they get pulled to the underworld, none of them shows the least of fear or remorse to kill the creatures. They just go full on DOOM style as if they weren’t just a bunch of teens.
Season 4 finally brought it back strong

I love this show. It’s actually pretty scary, and really great characters, story, cgi, and emotional moments.
One of the things I love about him is that when he does flash warnings he makes a sound when it starts, and when it ends so people can know when to look back at the screen. It’s the little things people.
Imagine a supernatural kill count, with every season the count would just get more and more conveluded due to resurrection, not death, mass murder and more
