If you watch Taemin's interview with Ravi's close up. Taemin speaks very warmly about his manager there. And he says how he helps him to stay positive during difficult times and generally balances him out as he tends to be pessimistic.)))
I miss seeing Taemin's chaotic random lives. I've noticed he opened up a lot more after working as SuperM while the other members of SHINee were in the military. I just hope Taemin is able to readjust well when he comes back in November.
I think he will be fine because he has his SHINee hyungs to come back to and they will make sure he readjusts. We all saw how ecstatic and how, instead of just opening up, he exploded once his bros got back. I think he will be euphoric to be back with them again and happy to reconnect with his fans.

Nam Goong is so important to Taemin. He went on an interview with Ravi and told him that Nam Goong is so very positive and he can be very negative. Nam Goong helped Taemin go through trauma and not go into deep in his negative thoughts. Taemin relied the most on Nam Goong as a friend. This is why Taemin can't stop talking about Nam goong. Nam goong encourages Taemin to do the RUclips vlogs and to go on social media. He encourages Taemin to be sure of himself and always encourages and praises all of SHINee. He is more than their manager. He really is a friend. He has been with SHINee the longest and for many years.

SM idols seems to have a good bond with their managers. And alot of their managers have a good sense of humor.
FYI. The managers of Super Junior, Girls Generation, Shinee, F(X), and EXO actually did a dance cover of Shinee's Dream Girl. Even SM managers are talented dancers.
Ah we had so many great lives during DCM/Atlantis promotions, I miss them together so much, even if they are thriving each doing their own thing rn! I'm going to be a broken record and recommend Your Number again! It's a Jpn mv but it's safe for yt! I think you'd love it, you can't go wrong with RnB and suits. We shawols love Namgoon Euisoo because he suffers our SHINee brats with love and laughter. Taemin seems to be at his best when teasing his manager about his love life. Namgoon probably is the most famous K-Pop idol manager around, thanks to Taemin and Key. These clips never fail to make me laugh and smile, no matter how many times I see them. Glad you enjoyed!

Tbh tho, a lot of idols are pretty close to other managers, some fans are the ones demanding too much and blaming the managers for everything. There are managers that are terrible, but of course they wouldn't last long esp in a company like SM. Their managers are highly educated from what I have heard and it isn't easy to become one. In smaller companies, managers can be real nasty because they don't have the money to hire a good one.
