    St Lucie is basically like Palm Beach County now. Over-crowded. It was glorious 10-15 years ago. Start in Vero and go North if you want a nice FL lifestyle. Avoid Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade if you value your sanity. Boynton Beach, Leisureville resident.

      PSL was known to be a safe area. That is starting to change with a crime uptick. Sorry to see this happen.

    I live in Washington Dc area and the housing market here is still very very strong to the point buyers are still bidding on top of each other at very minimum inventory !! Unbelievable

      Never again. So glad I got out of Springfield VA when I did. Never have to sit on 495 again!!!!

    Go look at the Tradition area of PSL....building hundreds of homes in gated communities and even more apartments being constructed. Who do they think are going to buy or rent these properties. I am renting for now and will patiently wait for the bottom to drop in PSL.
