I can't imagine how many of these I attended. And laughed til I cried every time. Always, one left the stage, one was so enthusiastic and one always stood there looking around. Every single one.
My youngest was the one tears ago barely moving. I told her if she didn't want to do dance it was okay, but if she wanted to she had to be brave and dance! She dud and she practiced really hard 5th grade to get in the advanced class!
My hat off to the younger lad on the end. Clearly the intellectual of the group. Taking it all in and trying to make sense of it. Shows his concern when the little girl beside him heads off stage. This dude has compassion.
My son could have been that kid. Definitely the "intellectual" of the group. But my (computer) geek son now does ballroom dancing about 4 nights a week!
I always loved young recitals and sports events. It was always the sweetest and funniest times. I miss them. Enjoy them while you can. Your babies will grow up so fast🥹
My daughter was exactly like the little motionless chap on the end on sports day. She looked around when the starting gun was fired as if to say what the heck, then remained motionless. Priceless memory.
As a retired dancer, I love how easy it is to see who will be the future performers. Bravo to everyone, especially the teachers! This world can never have too many artists. 🥰
Jerijay What a terrific idea! Start them early. There’s so much to be gained. Confidence, taking direction, working with other children, making art, learning discipline are only some of the great benefits. Your child will go into the World with her head held high and love for others…and of course, love of dance. Bravo! 🙌🙌🙌
My son was the opposite he'd be the one that cried and want mummy, then when he was about 7 or 8 and wanted to join the school choir, it was concert time and after the 1st night he was so pleased with himself until I told him he had to do it all again the following night, he was like 'no, no way I've done my turn' 😅
I am smiling so broadly my cheeks hurt! What absolutely lovely little kids. Their mother's and teachers would be so proud. Thank you for making my night so much better!!!
I'm a rather senior resident of this planet who never had kids so maybe that makes me the better judge. My heart was about to explode with that certain kind of joy & laughter. Just little angels doing their best as they know how. The teachers are to be commended also. There's some psychology involved here, but I know even less about that. The performance was great & I give everyone up there an "A," plus. Thank you. 🙏❤☺
That was my son!!! I lost the recording & I'll never get over it, back when we still relied on phones, yet didn't upload everything to Google as we recorded 🤬
There’s one kid who knows what’s up!! Every one else is all you said there’d be cookies!! I have 8 granddaughters and I’ve seen every recital known to man!! I love this!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤣🤣🤣
Eve is a little scene stealer! She's the only one who really seemed to enjoy herself. As a child, I danced on the stage at the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona, and often watched the dancers onstage as an adult. The tiny ones often don't understand concepts like standing in a row or that they are supposed to do the same things that they practiced in the studio. This makes them so adorable to watch.
I attended one where a little "angel" had her finger up her not the whole time. Brought back many great memories, including the year myself and other teachers did the can can as 3 French Hens!!! And my parents showed up by surprise. Mortified or what. Now a funny memory. Thank you. Have a great year xx
God bless all.precious.sat through 3 years of dance with my daughter one show one beautiful little girl kicked off her shoe everyone laughed till we cried
Actually, our lical college pyts on The Nutcracker every Christmas and I am actually amazed at how well the littlest ones do when they portray the mice and Bo Peeps sheep! Adorable!
Every child is different and carries their own personalities so therefore we cannot compare them to each other. Even children of the same age cannot be compared to. Great performance by all of them
Golly, this is some kind of "dance video". Watching this "dance video" gives me goosebumps. Yessiree, Bob. Thank you, God, for this wonderful "dance video". Amen.
It's so funny how I see six distinct personalities here! Lol I am so glad the one little girl wasn't forced to go back on stage. This was fun to watch.
The youngest kids are always the best. One year at my daughter’s recital there was a group of little girls that were doing their dance. They were supposed to do a somersault and one little girl just couldn’t get over. Another girl came up from behind and gave her a push, then went and sat back down. It was so unexpected. This was in the days before video cameras were widely used.
When my daughter was little and a similar dance show she asked afterwards," why was everyone laughing" Her Mom said people laughed, because it was so good. My daughter is now a mother of a little girl who is not a great dancer and now understands that the laughter is from pure joy .
l love this. I remember when my daughter was that age and participated in several recitals. So many fond memories. She's 25 now and in grad school. My fondest memory was at per pre-school graduation. She was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up and her reply was "a professional hula hooper". LOL.
I can't imagine how many of these I attended. And laughed til I cried every time. Always, one left the stage, one was so enthusiastic and one always stood there looking around. Every single one.
The little guy on the left is thinking what the heck did I sign up for.😊
@@jenniferfreytag7632
I am thinking the same thing 😊😊.
My youngest was the one tears ago barely moving. I told her if she didn't want to do dance it was okay, but if she wanted to she had to be brave and dance! She dud and she practiced really hard 5th grade to get in the advanced class!
Wow what a waste of time and money....the kids did nothing
@@kellypfeffer6759 they did their best , you can’t be critical of little ones like that, it’s overwhelming in a room full of adults for them.
He's the best potential dancer of the group.
He is the observer
He's really into it, but just doesn't want to be conspicuous.
The little boy at the end who did nothing was priceless 😊 His face says it all.
Must have been the parents’ idea that he take dance lessons.
He was judging his employees performances😂
His whole demeanor 😂😂 "Nope, see, y'all don't pay me enough to do this. This isn't worth the applesauce."
Any adult here that kid when they were little? Can you remember what it was like to be stuck on stage like that?
"Screw this. When do I start Tball?
Adorable‼️ 🥰 The one little dude that just stood there watching everyone else, is a future producer. 😂
😂😂😂
Agent, at least
Me too, love that little dude too!!
No that's actually the future President of the United States, Corrupt Joe Biden.
Half of those commenting. Love the little boys the best. Don't they see my little granddaughter in the middle?
The little guy on the end "these people have lost their mind." The little girl next him."I'm out of here."❤
My thoughts exactly! Too cute. Parents...keep these videos forever, will be fun to play at their weddings 30years from now!
The little boy is the best character of all. He feels the stupid behaviour of the adults. Poor little children!
🤣
yeah, that child is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too smart for this.
Congratulations to both of the dance instructors for their teaching skills and their never ending patience!
As a retired dancer, I love how easy it is to see who will be the future performers. Bravo to everyone, especially the teachers! This world can never have too many artists. 🥰
I think dance teachers must have the patience of Saints 😅
A voice in their head which says "one day one of these guys could be great".
I can’t see ANY of what you’re suggesting! 😂
@@Ad-Lo Then I'm sure your talents lie elsewhere. 😉
Cute😅
kids change. One year you can't keep them out of the pool, the next they won't go in. Shame on you for your early judgements.
My daughter started dancing school at 2. The recitals were a blast.

Same my daughter was 2 aswell
Former teacher here! I love this age… it is like herding cats!
I thought the teachers here did a good job.
Oh what a hoot. Bless their little hearts.
The girl doing a lot of jumping is Eve my great granddaughter. She is 3.
You MUST be from the South! “Bless their lil hearts”. Goodonya!
How funny. Yes, South West (Wiltshire). How did you know from that comment?@@alexrodgers9247
They nailed it in rehearsals . Kids will always take their own path. Their memories are pretty short.
"woah! Nobody said anything about an audience. Who are these people?" 😅
Loved this and what wonderful memories!!❤
These little ones should be very proud of their performance!
My son was always “that one kid” who went completely overboard in school productions. This was hilarious and brings back memories 🤣 thank you.
My daughter was the one who would walk off, "well I turned up, what more do you want" 😅
That little boy on the end, standing there looking at the rest of them as if he’s never seen any of this before!
I just came in here to get a soda and chips. What's going on in here?😅😅😅😅
I am smiling so broadly my cheeks hurt! What absolutely lovely little kids. Their mother's and teachers would be so proud. Thank you for making my night so much better!!!
What I liked most was the minimalist dance of the little boy on the left! :)
@@DaniloSilva-de8ig He was just there to look around and supervise...lol.
Our pleasure!

As we all learned later in life, people are different......this dance describes it to perfection ! :)
Absolutely!!
This video popped into my que... and I am so glad it did! So cute! I ❤ their joy. This brought a smile to me. Thank you, young performers! 😊
This reminds me of my grandson’s preschool Christmas recital and he was the only one with his back to the audience the entire time 😂
Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!
That was my son!!! I lost the recording & I'll never get over it, back when we still relied on phones, yet didn't upload everything to Google as we recorded 🤬
Colorful Tropicana dresses for the girls and safari suits for the little boys - how cute!
The girl doing a lot of jumping is Eve my great granddaughter. She is 3.
@@dlessnau She's born to be a dancer - more fun is coming your way!
@@dlessnauBeautiful and precious!
I just witnessed a similar recital before Christmas for my 5 year old granddaughter, it went just like this one - totally hilarious!
@Hello there, how are you doing this blessed day?
Love the little girl who left the stage. " Nope. I'm out of here"
That angel is going to be a handful ❤
Gotta love that kid on the left. Thought bubble: When are these people gonna come to their senses.
Adorable, all of them! ❤
The wee boy stole the show, and the 3 girls were just precious.
One time there was a little boy in my daughters class and he left the stage and pulled the fire alarm, a three year old.
The little boy on the end that looked like he wasn’t dancing was so dancing on the inside fantastic 🎉
I was in a bad mood until I watched this, kids are so funny this made me laugh my head off.😁 I'm not in a bad mood now.
I was at one where a little girl did a wonderful enthusiastic job with her back to the audience the whole time. ❤️
Been there, done that. That brings great memories. My daughter has been dancing since she was 3.
Bless those teachers and their patience!!! Loved it. Thank you.
Wow, simply adorable! Made my day.
That just made my day. They are too adorable.
Just the cutest thing ever!!! ❤️❤️ Blessings The Taylor Family from Australia 🇦🇺❤️
😂😂😂😂 all of my sons would've been the little guy in the back just standing there because he was promised a treat for doing the dance
That one little girl says no way! I am outta here!! Then the little boy on the left must have thought they were all nuts!!!!!! So stinking cute!!!!!

I love it! Not sure how this popped into my queue, but so glad it did - they were simply adorable! ❤❤❤
That was fabulous!♥️
That one little boy is like, "You brought me out here for this?" 😅😅
very true, one of the best dances I have ever seen this year. adorable and great energy, bid thanks to the two young ladies supporting the children.
Thank you so much!
Recitals and T-ball games, best ever 😂♥️
I the eyes of any mother, they are the best little choreographers in the whole wide world❤❤❤❤❤❤
The kids are so adorable, always fun to watch them! All the different personalities!
I loved my kiddos recitals when they were this size.
Cuteness overload! What fun to watch those adorable kids!
Love the guy, can I assume a Dad?, laughing the whole time with such joy. haha awesome!!
The girl in the middle is my great granddaughter
The one little boy started to really get into it.😆
Mulțumesc pentru acest videoclip , pe care îl văd și îl revăd. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a gorgeous little boy 👦🏻 his parents and family have this to hold dear always 💓
A great video to show on his 21st 😊
How darling these babies are.
LOL. That totally made my day. Reminds me of when my nieces had recitals at that age.

And, naturally, it’s the chap on our left that steals the show.
I know that video will be shown at their weddings. ❤️
They’ve each got their own groove on! 😂😂❤
The one little boy is like, 'why am I here?'😅

Those precious innocent looking faces! So sweet. ❤

So sweet! That little boy is a scene stealer. There is always one in every bunch. Same with the other boy, he was having none of it!

Many people seem to feel that boy reminds them of a child they know.
That little boy out front was priceless! How cute in that hat!!
What a talented group of Sweethearts!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awww. Yea at that age, all they have to do is stand there and look cute. And they do such a good job of it. lol
Best dancers ever
Watching these over the years, I’ve always wondered what the kids would do spontaneously to music they liked without choreography.
The boy on the left: "Well, this... this is... something."
