  • MSM is naturally occurring and is the biologically active form of the element sulfur. Sulfur is a substance found in the atmosphere, soil, ocean, foods and plants as well as in most all living organisms. MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane. MSM can help to provide a natural form of sulfur, a vital component to healthy joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles and collagen formation.

MSM made my knee pain disappear. It took about 6 weeks but now my knees are feeling 100% better.

Msm has changed my life, I have a severe case of heavy metal poisoning from mri contrast aka gadolinium. It has caused my muscles to twitch up to a 1,000 times a day for the last 3 years,. I've been on msm for a month and it's decreasing it by 60- 70%so far..I've tried 100 other things and finally found something that works.

@MarkFreedom it's believed the twitching is caused by nano particals of gad in bedding itself within the cells blocking calcuim pathways etc. It then caused miscommunication of the nervous system. It can also deposit in the brain such as the dentate nucleus and globus palladius causing twitching etc etc.
I asked A.I and it said the following
Calcium acts as a second messenger in many signal transduction pathways. When a cell receives a signal, such as from hormones or NUERO TRANSMITTERS, calcium can be released from internal stores like the endoplasmic reticulum or enter from outside the cell through calcium channels. This increase in intracellular calcium concentration can trigger various responses, including muscle contraction, neurotransmitter release, and other critical cellular activities.
Cell membranes serve as barriers that regulate the entry and exit of substances in and out of cells. They are composed primarily of phospholipids, proteins, and cholesterol, which work together to maintain structural integrity and functionality. A healthy cell membrane ensures that essential nutrients can enter the cell while allowing toxins and waste products to exit efficiently.
So what I believe is the sulfur is starting to lose the gad stuck withing and around the cells!!
3 years of suffering and a Lil $17 bottle is all it took crazy huh?

@MarkFreedom Another thing that I did unintentionally was around the same time I started msm, i started the carnivore diet. I would eat steak and eggs with alot garlic powder and cheese. All 3 of these are very high in sulfur, combined with the msm pills helped a lot.
