Thank you so much!! There aren’t enough videos on this machine and this was the first video I could find that helped me. If you can make more tutorials using this machine that would be amazing!!❤️ happy holidays
I really appreciate your videos on the Brother CS5055. It's so helpful to see the steps being demonstrated, especially since I'm really rusty with my sewing skills. Thank you!
Same here! I just unboxed mine and I kept reaching to the back, looking for the lever to lift the foot and when I couldn't find one I opened the paper quick guide and then I was like, let me just go to RUclips and see if I can find a video tutorial! I appreciate this so much!
Thank you so much for making videos specific to the machine. I'm a beginner and would have definitely would have fumbled parts of the set up without the tips
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I got the sewing machine but was getting nervous how to use it. Your videos brought the peace back, thank you 🙏 ❤
You are THE TRUTH!!! Just set mine up today to start sewing and making wigs on my machine, and I did everything step by step like you did and didn’t have any problems! Appreciate this so much! Definitely gained a new subscriber!💕
I just wanted to say thank you for making a video about this and using this specific machine. I am just starting out with sewing, and I didn't know where to even begin. Now I feel morr confident and will definitely rewatch your videos as a reference.
Hello from Bethany! I love your videos. I just got a brother ce 1150. I have never sewed before and need to hem five pairs of pants for my hubbys work tommorow. I just love listening to you and you have made my day as I have never threaded a machine before. I love you and brother! God bless you today! I have told my friend down the street about you...
I am definitely going to be following along with this series. It is seriously so helpful. Thank you !!!! These were the only videos I could find on this machine and they are gold!
Excellent tutorial, I have the ce1150 model but this still worked step by step for me. Thanks for uploading this! I'm gonna check out the bobbin video next.
This is fantastic! Thank you so much. Looking at buying this machine and wanted to check out some videos for it prior to doing so. Thank you for sharing ❤
@momdoesstuff I'm torn between this and a Singer 7285Q Patchwork Quilting Machine. I'm a newbie quilter and figure that either of these would be a great beginner machine. I'm not super savvy about the differences, but I'm still looking and your video has certainly helped me with making a choice when I do. Again. Thank you so much! Cheers from BC Canada 🇨🇦

@momdoesstuff oh my I have not!! Thank you Thank you thank you! And yes. I am very excited. I've been doing quilt pattern design and cutting yardage for precuts so figure it's long over due to get a machine for myself. Haha can't keep sending them to my gf to do hehehe 🤪
First of all thank you SO much for this! I got this machine in November of last year and have yet to have used it because I couldn't find any videos for this specific machine. I'm not sure how to move the needle up. I've gotten the bobbin filled...and have every step until getting the actual needle threaded. Can you help? ❤️
I’m trying free motion embroidery using a darning foot, but I’m running into problems. Would you have any advice on how to do this with this machine. Thanks in advance.
Good morning! I see on Amazon the Brother SA 135 Overlock - Vertical Foot. My question is if these item applied the machine Brother CS 5055 for buy? ¿Recommended to shop or there other options?
Use the zig zag 04. You need a small setting for stitch length, and a large number for stitch width. The width setting will determine the size of the “column”, side to side. The stitch length will determine how close the stitches are to each other. Just use a scrap piece and do some test runs. Get the width set like you want it first, then gradually decrease the length until it’s as tight as you want it. You may have to loosen the tension as well. Hope that helps!
My machine is new but it keeps balling up thread in the back stitches when I use sew. The front stitches are perfect but the back is just a mess of thread. I don’t know what I may be doing wrong but I followed your video and the introduction that the machine came with. Help please, thank you.
Please tell me how to change the presser foot. The manual says there's a black button to release but none there. :( I'm stuck with this one foot forever 😢

Usually problems on the back means something isn’t right with the upper thread. Is your tension too loose? Maybe tighten it up a little
@@momdoesstuff yes that was the problem, tension tightening! Thank you so much!
Does it Handel few layers of fabric well?🙏🏻
I haven't done more 2 on it yet, but it handled them quite easily so I think it would.
Can u please tell me how to remove the presser foot on this model? It has no black lever to the back
Just press down on the front of the metal foot and it will pop off.
@@momdoesstuff thank you❤️
I’m having trouble on the last step. when you say through the hole of the needle i don’t see what you mean to put the thread through.
At the very bottom of the needle, there should be a tiny hole. You just need to push the thread through that hole from front to back
have you tried a twin needle in this machine? I'm trying to figure it out & I'm about to give up!
I have not! But, I’m going to out that on my list to do ASAP. Thanks for watching!
Hola. Necesito toda la información sobre este modelo de máquina de coser pero en español por favor. Spanish please.

Maybe get closer to the needle with the camera I have no idea what’s going on lmao
