Mav Mount are good too, I can’t remember if they are QR or not, I swap my devices between multiple craft so I need to be able to swap between the dji mount and these.

There's also a very smart Polar Pro mount that fits the Mavic 2 controller, albeit a bit pricey at £50. But it mounts my CS 7.85" perfectly to the controller.
Thanks for this video. I was getting a slight lag when I last used my Crystalsky and I was told a factory reset might put this right. 1 is that right? and if I did a reset would the go4 app still be on the device ? Thanks in advance

Yea you still need a card on the craft side as it’s only low bandwidth video transmitted back and you would also not get 4K. As for the cable I got it from Amazon a while back. I no longer have a link but have a look for short ones on there.

Im runnig in problems with this setup. videolack. and app crashes in flight what a bummer. i have the latest firmware and so on. i also did try the micro usb in the left side . no difference. what i noticed is when i use the micro usb on the left the crystal sky is not auto on when i fire up the controller. what can i do ?
Hi, thanks for you videos. I have a CS and have updated to the latest firmware and Go app (have always kept it up to date). I also have Litchi installed and although I can get the app to load I can never get it to connect to my drone. In order to use Litchi with my M2P I have to use my iPhone, which works flawlessly. I am really really disappointed with the CS as it tends to not load the maps (even if downloaded) for 5 m or more, and sometimes never. But mostly it is especially irritating that I spent good money on the CS version of Litchi and the dang app won’t connect even after force closing all DJI apps. Not sure if you use Litchi, but it is essential if you want to use waypoints since DJI seems to be dragging their feet on that. Anyway, maybe a topic for another video for you, but I would love to see someone, anyone, come up with a solution since Litchi can’t seem to figure it out either. Thanks again for your vids!

Hello@ Mad RC... i just recieved my NEW CS/Ultra (mfgr date 4/2018) for my M2Pro... upon udating the DjiGo app & DjiGo4 to current firmware versions... i was checking the CS/ultra current version & displays V2.4.2.0 but a window keeps popn up "NOTE Failed to check firmware package.Check your network & retry" ! is that the CS current correct version?
No latest is 02.06.06.00, you usually get that message when its not connected to the internet properly, make sure the wifi is turned on then try it again, I know some did have some issues getting it too so you can try iy manually, download the below file, unzip and pace on an SD card, 3. Insert the Micro SD card into the Micro SD card slot of the CrystalSky. , Power on the CrystalSky, enter System Settings > System Update, click Local Update on the top-right corner. The latest firmware will show on Micro SD card. Click Update to start updating. the firmware is here mydjiflight.dji.com/file/links/ZSB_pack_2660_20180525

I know that I am in "enemy" territory here but I'll ask anyway: I have the Autel EVO but I cannot see any screen in the bright sunlight, even with a great hood. I would dearly love to use the CrystalSky with my EVO but they seem to be incompatible. Does anyone here know how I can make these work together? I think that part of the problem is dji has blocked access to Google Play Services and/or the Google Play Store and there should be a work around for this. Any help would be appreciated.
Your into muddy waters with this lol but Have a look for rooting Crystalsky on this. I don’t recommended it but I can understand what your trying to achieve nolimitdronez.com/boards/topic/39/howto-rooting-dji-crystal-sky. This will give you Play and everything else so you then may be able to use the Autel App.
Interesting. I had nothing but app crashes with Android & was the reason I finally went to a CS. Never have a crash anymore. Could it be your environment?

I got the MavMount bracket for the crystal sky monitor and it works great. Thanks for the information once again MadRC.

Extremely unlikely officially as its an older Android version. However I'm looking into options on this.

Replace the arms with a pair from the SPARK remote. Very easy .. a couple of screws on each arm to undo.

If you use a magnetic cable for charging the controller the magnetic plug can be left in and the Crystalsky will work.

it may need a reset to sort that but id not worry, as long as its working I would leave it.

Mines crashes most flights... I never had an app crash on my iPhone or ipad

would love to know how to use off - line maps with CS, having no luck todate, watched and tried numerous videos but cant get it to work
What issue are you having exactly ? You only get 2d maps off line. You simply download the area then reboot and it should work
