Visiting Ushiku Diabutsu Ushiku City, Ibaraki

We spent a rainy, cold day at Ushiku Diabutsu. The Great Buddha of Ushiku is the tallest statue of the Buddha in Japan. For only 800 yen a person, you could stroll the gardens and enter the statue of the Buddha (bags are supplied for your shoes, as shoes are forbidden inside).
