The Rose has so much satisfying songs, they said they were kinda following the British pop feeling. Also, Woosung’s voice (the main vocalist) cracks naturally, he always complains about it😂. But it became their style and I can recommend Baby, Red. They have fought their company and ended their contract because they weren’t being paid. Thank you for finally reacting to our kings !

Woosung is one of my absolute favorite performers. His voice is so expressive, and he always very clearly enjoys performing. Whenever he is singing you can see the joy he feels in being there, even during sadder songs.
Woosung is so captivating when he sings. My heart is broken for The Rose during these times but I look forward to future music from the band because I love them so much. They were so great live in New York. They had some audio issues so they basically said screw it and sang over half of the show without in-ears and I was shocked at how great they were without them. We spent the evening singing together and connecting from fans to artist. It was amazing and such a special night. Please react to more from The Rose. 💖🥺

for any of you that don’t know: the rose filed a lawsuit against their company around march to terminate their contract because they haven’t been paid & was overly worked. they posted it all on instagram and it was soon deleted and we haven’t heard anything about it in months. recently an article came out and said they went to court and the request for termination of the contract was denied by the court. the company now says they are trying to settle this in a friendly manner. They released a song call Black Rose a month ago the company also blocked this song from some korean streaming sites. And now the song has now been removed from most if not all streaming sources, the video is only available on youtube. however, this song was not published under the company, so if you can please stream as this may be a way to help them and it’s the least we can do for the boys.
I still don’t understand how The Rose is so underrated with their amazing vocals when singing live. They were the first Kpop band that I got into, and I’m happy for it. Many of the songs I like from them are: -“Sorry” -“Baby” -“Candy” -“I don’t know you”(?) -“Strangers” -“ILY” -“Face” (Woosung’s solo song) -“California”
you should listen to either “wanna be bad” or “you make me back” they both are song by Woosung (the guy singing in this vid) and they have SUCH a vibe to them that’s i’ve never experienced with a korean song so definitely listen to them

I had the absolute privilege of getting to see them live in concert and meet them a year ago. Woosung ( Sammy ) has the absolute best voice I have ever heard live and I've been to dozens of concerts.

While everyone including my sister was already falling in love with the original, I never find myself getting to that point because I thought yeah the lyrics is really good, but it just isn’t hitting it right for me. The vibe is there. But I don’t feel that same level of intensity and the rawness that should come with this song. (No disrespect intended to Lany) Until I heard this cover, then everything just falls into place. When my mother heard The Rose, she started loving them as well and even asked me to bring her to their concert the next time. She always asks me to play their songs for her. 💜

This is the first song that I heard of from The Rose and I instantly fell inlove with woosung's voice. From then on, I kept on listening to their songs. Best cover of them in my opinion. 😁
