I feel some kind of minimum age limit should be brought in for IPL auction. We cannot have BCCI greed bring 13 year olds for IPL auction. Many of these youngsters will loose motivation if they make chores every year by playing IPL for 2 months a year. If BCCI is serious about test, some of these actions are required. In fact Sachin's overall avg would have been in 58-60 range had he not have Tennis Elbow and Back problems after 2000s , he missed out his scoring shots - Natraj Pull and many others full swing of bat shots rather had to play check drives had to settle for 2s and 1s instead of 4s and 6s cut down his scoring options for nearly a decade. Michael Clarke had to retire because of his back problems else he was a better player than Smith. DRS + No injury for 150 tests let alone 200 , SRT would have redefined Cricket ,he was other-worldly at his peak. His avg after the equal no of matches which Virat has played was 57.xy ( no DRS better bowlers)

I feel some kind of minimum age limit should be brought in for IPL auction. We cannot have BCCI greed bring 13 year olds for IPL auction. Many of these youngsters will loose motivation if they make chores every year by playing IPL for 2 months a year. If BCCI is serious about test, some of these actions are required.
