More games need to put mods on console. Especially like with this where they kinda heavily under deliver on outfits for the official thing. It seems like even when they add a bunch they miss the ones that really matter. Like there's I think 4 deluxe edition outfits and maybe a single one of them I might actually use, but they don't think to give Leon, who literally practically is Dante, a Dante outfit under official capacity. Bethesda really spoiled us with what they did with mods on console and I really want that to be done with more games. I've always hated the console war PC master race garbage but the one thing that objectively makes PC the best place to play games is mods.
Bethesda didn't spoil us with mods, modders did, all Bethesda did was capitalize on that. Mods on console only came out years later when it benefited them financially. The mods on pc for Bethesda are superior to console in every way, SKSE functionality alone. But yeah, mod kits should be released on every single game, stupid not to quite frankly. Not sure if its an ego thing for developers, but its hundreds of free employees, who a lot of time are more talented and skilled and love the IP more than the actual employees. I have put in thousands of hours into Skyrim, but without mods, I wouldn't have played more than 10 hours.
To be honest as a Leon Kennedy simp i would use the shirtless Leon mod

The RE2 remake RPD mod really shows how much Leon has changed his physique in those 6 years, and how much he grew up. He had more of a slim, lanky swimmer's build in 2, in 4 he's more strength oriented and has broader shoulders.
