@@sejal0740 at the beginning RM was kind of shy to be the front man , so most of those times like fan meetings suga carried , that why a lot of people though that he was the leader , they even asked him. But ofc he was just helping as an older brother cuz he knew that RM was still young. Also he hype the members in the performances whenever they felt like losing it cuz they were tired. Ofc now a days that change when he saw the rest grew enough to not need that support. Suga actually did A LOT of stuff for BTS , specially when they were on public, cuz he was the oldest and had performed in front of crowns. Also behind the scenes he photoshopped some of their pic for their mini albums. Like that guy was doing a lot of stuff. That’s why BTS members told him to watch out his health.
@@mev9752 Ya I know tht yoongi always cheer up the members🥰🥰 People sometimes misunderstand him as cold hearted but he has the warmest and the purest heart..💜💜
I just remembered Yoongi's words from suchwita recently, that people are so focused on Black and white not realizing there's also a lot of shades of gray.
For the editor: I was a fan in 2013 but if you were an international fan back then it wasn't that easy to send letters to the boys. There were 3 way to do it: be a fancafé member (I wasn't until 2014 even if I was an hardcore fan since the beginning, fancafé was all in korean and to become a full member you had to take a korean test about the boys with tricky and absurd questions XD it was really intimidating). The second way was to send them letters and gifts using bighit address, they were sent to the company and then handled to our boys but back then they knew almost 0 english, unless you would find someone translating the letter for you, paying for the shippment of a letter that 6 of them couldn't even understand it was considered a waste of money (money I prefered to use for albums to support them from afar). The 3rd way to send them letters was for who was selected to partecipate in music show recordings and fan meetings, again something for korean ARMY only unless you had the money to fly in Seoul of course XD Is it true that Korean ARMY in the beginning paid less attention to our hobi (I remember T_T) so yeah it happened one time he didn't received any, but as you can see in this video during the recording of the show he recived them like any other members. He was my bias since day one and I was upset hearing him say he didn't received any letter in his vlog, but could't do much about that except writing comments for him on socials. So, to let you better understand the stuation back then, if you were ARMY outside Korea (in my case European) it was more difficult for us to send letters. So yeah, 2013 fans DO EXIST, but we were much more lowkey, underground fans LOL please understand it wasn't easy to support them back then as it is now T_T but I loved all 7 of them with all my heart. Thank you for your work!!
@himari riku I was an ARMY since pre debut BTS era and a translator for my country fanpage too so of course I used to follow them really closely, organising projects and stuff like this
Honestly, I don’t know if you’ll ever go on to start reacting to other groups but if you do, know that BTS’s story can never be replicated. Their rags to riches story is a once in a lifetime thing and all that they’ve done, all that they’ve been through is proof that these seven boys are living, breathing miracles. I love them far too much to ever let go and I’m so grateful that you guys will be able to experience this undying love too. There are definitely going to be moments off camera that you guys experience that deepen your love for Bangtan. Like today, I was watching someone’s concert experience going to a BTS show. It made me realise on a whole new level how much doing concerts and performing mean to BTS. It’s all they live to do and seeing them cry talking about how being on stage, with ARMY watching, is their most beautiful moment in life hurts so much 😢 Sorry for the rant lmao, thank you for the reaction!!
@@sujeevana4077 lmao YES! This is Hobi’s last gift to us so though it’s a little bittersweet, that song must have been such a milestone for him so let’s keep supporting
Aneesa, the creator of the series, was a Kpop fan for several years before BTS debuted. She recognized early on that BTS was very different than the other Kpop groups--the transparency, authenticity, the Bangtan message. This is what inspired her to tell this story.
@@cycology3 Aneesa really "needs" to only do what is best for her and her well-being. ARMY are eternally grateful for the beautiful episodes she (and the amazing team) have gifted us.
It's so sad that the boys had to face all these hardships but it made them the great group they are today💜 this chapter makes me cry everytime🥹 I just wanna hug them! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO GUYS!!
In my perspective the earlier days Suga took more of a leader role. Considering how everyone was so young and new to the world of music(the industry )RM and Yoongi always took on the responsibility to guide them. And throughout their journey as the members grew into themselves he slowly started to take the backseat. RM being the leader he understandably kept growing into that role. Yoongi, has always been like a papa bear to the boys. And like a lot of dads they work in silence, so we don’t see it as much now. But I think it’s because BANGTAN has truely grown so much. He’s just a proud dad observing now. I believe JK once said that while RM leads from the front, Yoongi is always leading from the back. And then of course you have J-hope. To not make this any longer, the rap line really is a fundamental backbone to BTS. Every member played their part and has their stamp in the group. I have so much respect for all of them. But in the very beginning Yoongi and RM really steered that path.
14:42 SUGA have talent for MC-ing, so in settings like that, you will notice him taking the lead.. (that's why he now have his own mini talkshow called SUCHWITA on their channel ☺️)
Whether you are following BTS since 2013 or 2023, we all are " ARMY".We are proud together and we will be....always.patiently waiting for them to come back, Hopefully,2025 will be our best year. love you BTS, and love you ARMY. STAY TOGETHER.
Re: Yoongi taking the lead. Their early Festa days were like a radio show that he hosted. It seemed like it was his thing, he put together the script and gathered all the content to discuss. Now with his new talk show, i think he always wanted to do stuff like this. As an introvert i get it, big gatherings and lots happening is too much, but a one-on-one sitdown where you can have a proper meaningful conversation with someone is just the best.
If Namjoon is leading the group from the front, then Yoongi is pushing from the back. Protecting them at all times and watching over them. When Joon is at a loss (which is rare, but does happen) he knows he can always count on Yoongi to have his back. Especially in the early days when interviewers would try to trip them up and catch them out it was usually Yoongs who handled them because even though RM is and always has been the leader, Suga is still his hyung who (at the time) was slightly more experienced. Likewise, Yoongi always knows when to step back and let their leader handle a situation. I love Namgi with all my heart 🥹💜
The clips of them horsing around are "Rookie King" it's the show they had before Run BTS. Some may think it's cringe, but I actually really enjoy it. They were kids being kids at that time. Also, I totally agree with you on their personalities. Their performances are unmatched, and I love watching them, listening to them but it's their humbleness, humor, decency, humility, etc. I could go on and on but those reasons are why I stay and will stay for life! 💙💜💜💜💜💜💜🐳♾
The one you mentioned the award in 2016 where they were so surprised the iconic it was their first ever daesang (grand prize)moreover from an small company has won that big prize only artist from the big 3 have ...that's why its legendary and such an iconic moment for bts and ARMY'S 🥺💜💜
Ikr!! Them saying let's stick together..let's be together for a lot of time..and RM saying I'm sacred you'll be disappointed..these are the exact things they said in the recent Festa too!! I'm not crying...AT ALL 😭💜
We actually charted the song The Rise of Bangtan - a 9 year old b-side - worldwide in Grammys week last month. When ARMYs unite we get achieve so much!
Min Yoongi's birthday is almost here. Hope you can find time to appreciate his solo stuff, Seesaw, People, Agust D. His solo mixtapes plss. and his personality videos. Sugaarmy channel is the best for these stuff.
Daniel, you guys are right-- aside from the music, great lyrics and message - their personalities, their love for each other and the care they have as brothers are the most admirable! It's what sets them apart from other groups. Others would just disband or go solo without any fuss. But with BTS' bond, it's been difficult 🥺🤧💜
Yes, I felt the same. Watching their variety show Run BTS, Bon Voyage, and In the Soop, drew me in over and above their artistry. It were those shows that made me ARMY, but their concerts and work cements my love for BTS.
Almost 10 years have passed and these guys still have the same love for Army. When I first started getting to know BTS, it was a hard concept to understand the love they have for the fans. I thought surely, it's lip service. I mean all artist love their fans to a certain degree. But BTS' love for Army is something they have consistently conveyed in the past decade through words and actions. Just last night, JK spent hours hanging out with Army's until he fell asleep. Hobi also just took us for a walk the same day. They always come running straight to Army. No media, just Army. Everytime they win major awards, you will not see them at the after party. Instead, they go on live and chat with us. Recently, Jin ans Hobi released meaningful songs for Army before their enlistment.
I've been around since 2015, and I feel like I watched them grow up in front of me. I think that's why I have such an investment in their happiness, because we've seen them and their struggles over the years. I love their music, and that's what drew me in, but I also care about them as people, and I'm not someone who typically feels like that about celebrities.
No army can watch such videos without emotion, they have really walked such a difficult path and have continued on this path without ever distorting themselves, without disappointing us. Thank you for your reaction. 💜
I've been with them since their debut actually before their debut and the love we all have for them no matter how long you've been a fan is something that can never be replaced, though I am a multi fan but none have touched me as deeply as they do.
Seeing Jonghyun in the clips of the melon music awards part made me sad because the boys were really close to him and he was such a sweetheart towards them :(((
Watching this again made me realize to trust them just like what they were asking us during the concert in Busan (which they are asking since Festa ) . So let's trust them and wait for them. Borahae, CCW!
Namjoon and Yoongi skip the participants who can be named together. They often consider each other's opinions. For RM, Yoongi is like a partner who can actively discuss issues related to music or "bad" issues. Yoongi is usually silent or cold, but we all know what he is like😎. If he says something, we know that Yoongi will not be silent😏 In response to someone, he will be calm, but damn wild. When RM can't say something, it's up to Yoongi to decide. Yoongi always protects the members) Yoongi is a friend, very quiet, but savage. Yoongi is very good, smart and cool. He loves his members so much. He'll do anything for them)
Their duo is best tbh.... I just remember that press conference when a reporter tried to interrupt and asked them about bst controversy. RM was jumbled but Yoongi handled it like pro and savagely shut the reporter.
@@tarnnum09 Oh yeah, Namjoon knew that Yoongi would deal with this quickly Yoongi knows how to answer a question in a respectful but wild way at the same time)
LMFAO Xen throwing shade to whoever purposefully didn't send letters to Hobi in the early days. EXACTLY! I just need their names to have a nice civil conversation🙂
They were so matured and determined from the beginning,so proud to be an Army, I'm watching this documentary second time with you guys this is so good and well arranged documentary.
I'm probably gonna pause to comment throughout but I wanted to say, it wasn't their 1st time hearing fanchants in general, but for no they hadn't told ARMYs what the fanchants were and they were surprised to hear fans know what to say and when to say it. 💜 I think there are 2 songs per episode of I'm not mistaken. The 2nd one was rise of bangtan the one who called them girls is or was in jail. Fans told them in letters they were sorry because BTS received so much hate from their own country as well as other places but esp in Korea. They did perform that year 💜 those clips are from run the flicks etc are punishments. Eta: I was wrong, ARMY corrected me ,the clips are actually from their show rookie king 🙂
@@himaririku5289 how did I know he went to jail? It's common knowledge to most ARMYs , but it was also in news articles online. He assaulted another rapper and was arrested. He had a hatred for idols, especially if they were ever underground, he calls them sell outs. then he was calling other idols ",gay", and ofc he also trash talked to yoongi & Namjoon. 6 years later after he went to jail he gave a lame apology , that no one cared about because he's a real jerk. Have you not heard about it?
19:15 fun fact! Out of these guys in this clip the loudest that was calling them girls is in jail lmao literally every person that has ever spoken ill of bangtan has gotten their comeuppance later. It’s sort of amazing, they’re such blessed by the universe people 😊
It's always amazing to see their old vlogs, hearing what they say, and realizing how they have kept their word, have achieved their goals and promises. Have proven their determination. It's amazing how they have changed but also stayed the same as well.
I came into it in 2015 (I need you era) and when they started gaining traction in America in 2017 (and all the racism/hate) it was such a rollercoaster. It is crazy how much I did and still do think of them as my little brothers. Their hardships and success is always impactful to me and I’m genuinely excited/proud for them with all of their milestones. And yes…. Protective doesn’t event cover the feeling I have. I was in and out of KPOP, never really had this type of love for a group until BTS.
I am Army since 2014,why the boys talked so much about not disappointing, it was because they received a lot of teasing for their music, their clothes and their name -That time the rappers made fun of the boys, calling them "girls" Bang PD immediately contacted the CEO of that rapper's company, to talk to him and ask him for explanations, the rapper never met Bang PD, he hid and that night Bang PD took the boys to eat meat to cheer them up and talk about what had happened,RM and Suga were very young when that happened, being exposed to so much hate just for wanting to do something they liked -Back then the Big 3 as they were called, SM, JYP and YG handled almost everything that happened in Korea regarding Korean groups, so the boys had very little chance of being anywhere, that's why they created their own channel on YT, something very rare for that time,it could be said that they were the first, now everyone does it. - SM saw that BTS was beginning to have "success" and began to close the doors to BTS everywhere, radio, TV, music shows, magazines etc,Now the turns of life Bang PD is the majority shareholder of SM, that's called karma and now it's the Big 4 because there's Hybe and even if you put together the other 3 companies they don't have the profits that Hybe has. -When BTS won the rookie of the year award, a wave of hate was unleashed and they began to treat the boys worse, that night and the following days Armys were almost all the time on Twitter defending BTS and trying that the algorithms do not associate the name of BTS with negative things, we wrote to the radio stations, TV channels asking that BTS be present,They were really years in which we had a very bad time and obviously it was worse for the boys, that's why I understand that some Armys that have been in the fandom for more years are a little more protective of BTS thanks for the video stay healthy and happy 💜 OMG I didn't realize this was so long, sorry. 😅
They are truly special. It's hard to explain to people who don't know anything about them, but they are so genuine and humble and hard working, and they remain that way to this day. They've allowed us all to see their hearts from day one, so we are invested from our hearts as well.
I cried. It reminded me of all those times, everything they went through to get here. And even now they keep going through trials. But these guys have such strength of spirit, such courage and determination. They know what they want and do not fail to give everything, until their last breath if necessary to have it. And for that, I admire and respect them enormously. I'm an army, but of course I also support other bands and artists. But, Bts, these guys, their songs resonate with me like no song by any artist ever has. It's just amazing
Seeing sweet baby JK reading his letter crying and talking about wanting to be someone whose voice can touch a lot of people…. And here he as the main vocalist of the biggest group in the world… the official “center” of BTS … and now the first Korean to ever perform at the opening ceremonies of the World Cup ….. and the way ppl who don’t know BTS fell in love with him bc of his presence and bc of his voice … hits so much harder and makes me incredibly proud of him. There are so many moments for each of them throughout the this as young guys that I can see their words coming true as they’re now adults in the game. Flourishing in their solo careers but staying true to BTS always… they’re each doing so much and have proved as individuals… they could have owned the industry anyway… bc as solo artists they’re amazing… but as a group… they’re a destiny created unstoppable force… my heart bursts with pride watching them. I’m so glad you guys are enjoying this ! So much more to come!!!
As someone who was lucky enough to find them from their pre-debut logs, I love nothing more than watching other people discover them. I also see them like my children - being an older ARMY - and am as protective of them as I am my own kids.
I'm a fan since 2016 and you can see and feel how much it change, how much they have grown and you have grown up with them, I can really feel so proud to be an ARMY, and just remembered that a few years ago when I said I like BTS or kpop people start bullying me or laugh at me and now they are fans as well like it is crazy how ARMY AND BTS grew up together to be proud of each other.
What i love about these vlogs that they do is that you can see the promise that they made not just to ARMY but most importantly to themselves. And they kept those promise. You can see how their words meant so much to them as a person and as an artist. They really take responsibility for what they say. That by itself is difficult to do. What more in their perspective where everything they say can be blown out of proportion. I am proud of them not only for their success but also for keeping up to their own promises. Theyre not just good musicians and artist but really good human being
I was into kdramas and kshows since 2010 and into kpop since 2013 when BTS debut. I was always surprised back them why BTS wasn't in tv shows much , later when I got more into them I found out about their struggles , although there were very few appearances on kshows I was always so excited to see them.
I'm 63 now. I found kpop in 2010 and saw BTS debut. My daughter is JK's age. I watched BTS grow from cute boys to handsome grown men. But they'll always be "my boys". My daughter jokingly refers to them as her brothers. My husband gives me an IOU at Christmas that is good for any concert that I can get tickets for and calls it a "family reunion". I love my family, my ARMY family, and my boys. 💜
the way i clicked faster than jin's rapping. you really becoming addictive. GREAT GOING! Also, you can watch the making of MVs, fascinating to know how they dont use CG at all. Take care
But seriously BTS is a very hard working and inspiring group. The one of the why we love them is because their songs really give inspiration and power to overcome difficulties and love ourselves and not care about what others say. I feel like I never knew what an "ARTIST" really is until I got to know BTS. LOVE THEM ALL SO MUCH AND VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEM. Thank you for reacting to the series. Can't wait for you to react to all the chapters and more bts videos.
I've watched this series a couple times and I still tear up at certain points!! They went through so much. The industry (and some of the people in it) can be really cruel. Our boys prevailed though and look what they've become. My heart swells with pride for them. 💜
whats more amazing is all BTS members have college degrees and working on their masters despite their busy schedules and status they still find time to go back to school. Theyre really very inspiring.
Thanks, guys! I just love the editing in this series. The song Attack on Bangtan is started & shows many things going by, then takes a break, but shows up again at the end to tie it all up is SO well done! And this flex song is prophetic: The first line is a question. "But what will happen if Bangtan Sonyeadan advances?" And later on comes: "From debut until now we've been moving up. Our reaching the top is a matter of time." Who knew? Someone did. 🙂
I've watched a lot of reactors to BTS and you are my favorite because your reactions are honest and not exaggerated. You have taken time to learn (and want to continue to learn) about BTS and for that, I am grateful. You have come to understand why we ARMYs are so protective of them, and why we love them so much. I'm so happy to have found this channel! You are all so awesome and Xen is amazing at her edits! I laugh so much and really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you!
Their struggles are not joke ... They worked so hard that they didnt even take a brake for themselves ... Only now they are enjoying their free time ... Aponbango 💜🥺
I love them like a brother. I can relate so much with yoongi, and how I wish i have hyung like Jin. Whenever I watch them especially my downtime, makes my days better 💜
You guys are so right... when you have been with them for a long time and know how difficult it was for them to actually debut... and then still didn't get the help and attention they should have by staying loyal to Big Hit, it definitely does make you very very protective of them all... sometimes a tad too much haha... but I offer no apologies as they've earned every second of our love and support. You're already beginning to feel how we felt from the start... imagine how defensive you guys are going to be in a few more years ! Thank you... especially for showcasing their beginnings, hardships and eventual successes.... and to Editor Xen - that was exactly how I felt... at exactly the same moment.... (we'll talk about the ticketmaster platinum default prices for Yoongi's concert another time).... 💜
I love Xen's shoutout to say that we, ARMY, are so proud of them. And would you believe that JK still wonders why we love/support them? That's how grounded they are. And yes, why is a dope old Army, who happens to be academic and was (still is) not really into Kpop or Kdrama, fangirling seven Korean young men? THIS video answers that, but there's more. Don't worry. Not all of us were there in 2013. I'm a Dynamite era Army. Fell into the rabbit hole because of Spring Day MV. I was attracted/impressed by the lyricism and depth. But I stayed because of the connection, the warmth they bring, the joy and pride I feel in their work... I love all seven, like they are my own.
In a world where negative impressions can be posted om all platforms.. Bts has none. Ive never seen any news, leaked photos or videos about bts being rude, disrespectful, etc. Like none. None. Nothing. Like for 10yrs? You can never ever fake that, putting a facade for a decade. Like everyone they encounter, only good things can only be said towards bts. Professional, amazing, super nice, approachable, respectful, etc. Many 'nice' artists nowadays have their fair shares of personality & professional issues. But with bts, that never happened. And maybe that's one of the reason why ppl love them. It's like what u see is what u get. They have private loves, but what they are in front of cam is what ppl see when they mingle with bts behind cam. They are good people. They are one of a kind artists who deserve all the syccess in life and all the love in d world. 💜 Like im turning 32. But i feel like a proud Aunt! 😁
That deffenetly a big part in why people love them. Because of their sincerity, honesty and personalities its HARD not to fall deeper in the connection that grows between them and Army. Their songs, their videos, their lyrics, their words and their phrases are like a comforting hug thats always their when you need it. 🥲
They know! They love him and Gabriel really identifies with him. I think they're just surprised to see him doing so much of the public speaking & leadership stuff in the early days. It's a little different from his usual role later on.
SUGA is like a silent sweetheart.... he leans back so people new to BTS think he's like that too but once you give him some time to show his personality he shines brighter than anyone.......
@@evantesseract737 don't get me wrong I like their reactions but I'm waiting for the day they finally see how amazing every bts member really is !! This series is so well done that doesn’t matter how many times I watch the episodes, it gets me, my emotions are always on top, I laugh and cry at the same time. At the end I am so proud of Bangtan and I love them so much, no other artist makes me feel what I feel for Them! BANGTAN FIGTHING! Thank you guys for doing this I love your reactions 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Your discussions was right abt where our protective nature comes from. I've been ARMY for 2yrs now, it makes me think back how did i come to love bts so much. I guess its just as simple as cause they show themselves as mere humans. I wasnt a music fan, i never rlly care abt "finding good music", i didnt find them attractive when i was watching their videos, but i was pulled in by their friendship & personalities first. I love the chemistry they had w each other, and then i discovered these messages they had within their music, then i get to learn what kind of peoplw these boys really are... I just want to support their dream..cause they are simply humans trying to do so. They make sure we acknowledge that. That they are too begin with nothing, and simply trying to climb their way up by being true to themselves, while learning who they are, while working hard to be better at what they do. army are so attached to bts are solely bcs of most humane reasons possible. We dont treat them as celebrities, and bts themselves dont like to act like "celebrities". They are just humans with jobs. And i love the sincerity they had for their fans, ARMY and people that support them. They never broke any promises they made for army, the reason we are proud...because every single promise, words they express in those letters they read in this video, ro this day, its still fhe promises they still try to realize. Even when we said they made those promises came true. They still do it. Still wanting to be singers we can be proud of, still wanting to work hard to give us worthy contents, still still wanting to prove themselves. Tell me how can my love for these men decreases?
You guys are right. BTS are more than their music and artistry. ARMY have become very protective because of who they are as people and what they have gone through. And yeah, ARMY are like parents or elder siblings to these boys. AFBF! 💜💜💜💜💜 P.S. I could see that you are becoming protective to them too. You nice keep going CCW! 💜
It took me so little time to be filled with pride and affection for these guys - and I felt so strange about it at first! What makes me think I have any right to be proud of their accomplishments? But it's real and it's how we all feel, and they feel supported by it. It's a lot like how I feel about my own kids, honestly. I'm proud as hell of their hard work and their kindness, the people they choose to be in the world. And I don't feel like I can take credit - they're themselves! - but I'm still proud and grateful to be part of that. I don't feel like a Bangtan parent, but the feelings are similar. I love their music and artistry, I respect their hard work, but it's the people they've chosen to be that make me ARMY. I've loved watching you go on the same journey. Borahae 💜
Congratulations on getting further into your BTS journey. Now you realize that the more you go into it the more you understand how protective we are of them. Just like i said in the comments during the beginning of ya'll journey of bts, I became army in 2015 after graduating high school and I love them like siblings even tho i have a younger sibling, but to watch them grow and go through all this stress while still going strong just shows why it's deeper than what you expect. I'm just so proud of them and still am forever💜
Abigail and summer shoukd prepare more tissue because each episode will brings lots of tears 😭. Its a very emotional journey and you can't help feeling the heartache and the burden those boys going through to get to where they are now. Thanks for your honest reaction, borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Also, I full-on cried today when we got to the part of the video about the teen suicide rate in South Korea. I've seen this "Rise of Bangtan" video before, but I'm a teacher of teens and just yesterday in a class with Senior honors students we were discussing the Netflix documentary "The Social Dilemma" alongside the novel we just finished, Frankenstein. We ended up talking about a lot of things in our modern day that tie into both works, and the hardships faced by teens today as they construct their identities (the way they view themselves and the way they feel the world views them--or how they want the world to view them). So I may be a little sensitive to the topic at the moment! ; ) I'm going to show these students "The Astronaut" and we'll analyze the messages of the video in class--because regardless of the message in the lyrics, that video speaks to identity, alienation, family, choice, and suicide. I will be reminding my students (not for the first time) that they matter, that they are here for a reason, and the world needs them. And that they are worthy of love, just for being who they are right now--something I wish I could reach through the screen and say to Jungkook!
About the levels of pressure the guys faced is simply related to the whole culture: everyone works hard in Korea. There is a Korean influencer that know lives in Mexico and she has explained a lot about the study plans: the students start at 7 am and finish at 11 pm! Some students face severe burn out In the meeting with the fans, it was Jin who started to cry Then the others became sensitive. Jin said he felt a little guilty for making the mood gloomy 😞
Bts songs and lyrics have always Lined up with what they were going thru in that phase of their lives so knowing their journey or personalities changes your whole perception of their music like it’s got more depth
i love rewatching RoB series, its just too good!! btw, xen you are soooo funny🤣 its 2AM here and i was laughing so loud. everyone, we're all proud we are ARMYs , right?!? 🖐🔥💜 thank you, Bangtan for inspiring us! p.s. dont fret if you are 'late' in discovering BTS, you dont find BTS, BTS finds you ( when you need them the most) !!
So I have seen ROB countless times. 1st time when I saw it myself and then every single time when someone reacts to it I watch. and I SOBBBBBBB when I see the boys crying. 😭 unbearable. I grew up with them. glad that you guys can relate why and how some armys are too protective. hoping to see the next reaction soon. You all r the sweetest. BORAHAE.
i am so happy that people are acknowledging bts as an army that has been here for a long time. People weren't really had a nice opinion about them but I'm glad they are getting what they deserve, the fruit of their hardships and hard work
Dude! Xen, you had me in tears with that "with confidence" comment! Not cool, man! This episode already makes me cry. It didn't need any extra help! Lol 😆 🤣
Those people were bashing and saying shit to RM and Suga in the video and it's so ironic literally yesterday Jhope released a song with J.Cole and BTS did a Collab with Snoop Dogg some of the biggest Hip Hop artists in the industry show their respect to BTS too 😭
Like you mentioned, as a seasoned Army myself I feel a parental pride for the boys. Like any parent, It's a heavy thing to see your child struggling and wanting to take the pain away or bear the pain for them; but knowing you can't and shouldn't because the growing pains will make them stronger and better humans. No I wasn't there from the beginning. But seeing what they had to endure and that they came out on the other side even better makes me so very proud to be Army today. Now, I can say that I have been watching your channel since the first reaction. And I am proud of how open you have been and how far CCW has come. I love your channel. 💜 Take Care!
35 yr old ARMY here, been with the boys since debut.... When I say fans were fighting for our lives back then😩😩... In the trenches y'all. Dang right I feel like they're my babies, lol.
Suga is known to be the protector of BTS and Army. When he speaks it carries a lot of weight.
Also namjoon coz he always protect ARMY🥰
Yes he does!
@@mev9752 Ya I know tht yoongi always cheer up the members🥰🥰
People sometimes misunderstand him as cold hearted but he has the warmest and the purest heart..💜💜
at the beginning ,suga mostly do speak
I just remembered Yoongi's words from suchwita recently, that people are so focused on Black and white not realizing there's also a lot of shades of gray.
I knoww this line hits hard
Thank you for sharing your story and experience!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
@rhymelon your welcome 💜😊

how do you know so much of it?
It’s all they live to do and seeing them cry talking about how being on stage, with ARMY watching, is their most beautiful moment in life hurts so much 😢
Sorry for the rant lmao, thank you for the reaction!!

Aneesa, the creator of the series, was a Kpop fan for several years before BTS debuted. She recognized early on that BTS was very different than the other Kpop groups--the transparency, authenticity, the Bangtan message. This is what inspired her to tell this story.
She really needs to honor HER work and complete the series.

G DRAGON THE KING
Whether you are following BTS since 2013 or 2023, we all are " ARMY".We are proud together and we will be....always.patiently waiting for them to come back,
Hopefully,2025 will be our best year. love you BTS, and love you ARMY. STAY TOGETHER.

Re: Yoongi taking the lead. Their early Festa days were like a radio show that he hosted. It seemed like it was his thing, he put together the script and gathered all the content to discuss. Now with his new talk show, i think he always wanted to do stuff like this. As an introvert i get it, big gatherings and lots happening is too much, but a one-on-one sitdown where you can have a proper meaningful conversation with someone is just the best.
re:???

You should react to Rookie King
The one you mentioned the award in 2016 where they were so surprised the iconic it was their first ever daesang (grand prize)moreover from an small company has won that big prize only artist from the big 3 have ...that's why its legendary and such an iconic moment for bts and ARMY'S 🥺💜💜
When they FINALLY get to that I am gonna die!!!!!! Super excited!! We've got a LOT to look forward to with CCW!!!

Same here!!!💯💜
We like to call the 'seasoned' ARMYs 'Dope Old People' as RM once said😂
It's so crazy that there were literally hundreds of groups debuted in 2013, it was like a war, and BTS was the only group that survived
It is amazing how protective you quickly become. Harsh words, death threats are so hard to take in for this precious, talented group.

The clips are from ROOKIE KING. These episodes are done in chronological order. RUN didn't start until August 2015

how did you know about the jail guy?

Damn Xen calling out the solo stans like that 😆
And we are here for it 😏
@@maliam_ hell yes
I am Army since 2014,why the boys talked so much about not disappointing, it was because they received a lot of teasing for their music, their clothes and their name
-That time the rappers made fun of the boys, calling them "girls" Bang PD immediately contacted the CEO of that rapper's company, to talk to him and ask him for explanations, the rapper never met Bang PD, he hid and that night Bang PD took the boys to eat meat to cheer them up and talk about what had happened,RM and Suga were very young when that happened, being exposed to so much hate just for wanting to do something they liked
-Back then the Big 3 as they were called, SM, JYP and YG handled almost everything that happened in Korea regarding Korean groups, so the boys had very little chance of being anywhere, that's why they created their own channel on YT, something very rare for that time,it could be said that they were the first, now everyone does it.
-When BTS won the rookie of the year award, a wave of hate was unleashed and they began to treat the boys worse, that night and the following days Armys were almost all the time on Twitter defending BTS and trying that the algorithms do not associate the name of BTS with negative things, we wrote to the radio stations, TV channels asking that BTS be present,They were really years in which we had a very bad time and obviously it was worse for the boys, that's why I understand that some Armys that have been in the fandom for more years are a little more protective of BTS
thanks for the video stay healthy and happy 💜
OMG I didn't realize this was so long, sorry. 😅
They are truly special. It's hard to explain to people who don't know anything about them, but they are so genuine and humble and hard working, and they remain that way to this day. They've allowed us all to see their hearts from day one, so we are invested from our hearts as well.
31:19 editor Xen is so real for that. and pls she's so funny i love her commentary

Thank you for reacting to this series, it is simply amazing. You will fall in love with them even more.💜🇧🇷
You guys are right. BTS are more than their music and artistry. ARMY have become very protective because of who they are as people and what they have gone through. And yeah, ARMY are like parents or elder siblings to these boys. AFBF! 💜💜💜💜💜
P.S. I could see that you are becoming protective to them too. You nice keep going CCW! 💜
It's great to enjoy these flashback with you guys. Your appreciation of them is awesome....I have been with them for the last 8yrs.....its beautiful
Great reaction as usual! Guys, JK did Weverse live last nite and he sang Despacito! Finally! Time stamp is 2:03:40 Pls watch it! 😀💜
@CCWReact
Borahae 💜
15:37 This was iconic 😂💀 v and jhope kiss ... It still so funny to me whenever I see this I laugh so hard ... [ Btw TMI jhope was V's first kiss 💀😂 ]
Thanks for your honest reaction, borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
the guy who said "they are being girl" already got his karma ... and both suga and RM gave "feedback: to those guys through their songs : cypher
Some students face severe burn out
In the meeting with the fans, it was Jin who started to cry
Then the others became sensitive.
Jin said he felt a little guilty for making the mood gloomy 😞
Bts songs and lyrics have always Lined up with what they were going thru in that phase of their lives so knowing their journey or personalities changes your whole perception of their music like it’s got more depth
That skinny guy that called them girls went back to Hawaii just like Suga told him in Cypher part 2.
You know what it feels like I'm not watching your reaction, it feels like I'm watching it with you and I love it. It's a good thing guys! 💜
Por eso cada vez que escucho N.O me dan ganas de llorar ❤😭💜🔥
I can't wait till you get to the most recent episodes, that's where the drama begins 🫣
i love rewatching RoB series, its just too good!! btw, xen you are soooo funny🤣 its 2AM here and i was laughing so loud. everyone, we're all proud we are ARMYs , right?!?
Lol 😆 🤣
I teared up watching this with you guys. Had a lump in my throat. Watching the bonus scenes on patreon was a good way to end it
Those people were bashing and saying shit to RM and Suga in the video and it's so ironic literally yesterday Jhope released a song with J.Cole and BTS did a Collab with Snoop Dogg some of the biggest Hip Hop artists in the industry show their respect to BTS too 😭
Like you mentioned, as a seasoned Army myself I feel a parental pride for the boys.
31:22 FRRRRR ANYTIME I REMEMBER THAT I GET SO PISSED!!
Hope you guys react to "On the street" soon! hobi's latest song, and his last before the military
