I believe that RM's leadership is too often underrated. He was very young when he signed with BigHit in 2010. Either 15 or 16 depending the month he started. He was given the responsibility of leader. I believe that his genius IQ is a true asset to the team. Based on the variety show he has participated in that includes other guys known for their intelligence, it appears that he excels in seeing relationships, logic that probably helps him lead the members. The role of leader also seems to be one in which he has a prime role in determining the direction of the group, themes for the albums, and he has a hand in most of the groups music. During this 2nd Chapter, we are hearing from the members rather than just the fine work of fan made documentaries. It seems that the older members all took on leadership-- JHope for stage performance, Suga on music production, and I now believe Jin did exercise his oldest position in helping the guys with daily life.

The school Jungkook went to is Seoul School Of Performing Arts and a lot of Idols graduate from there. (Hyunjin & I.N from Stray Kids, Wonyoung & Rei from IVE, Kai & Sehun from EXO, Taeyong, Mark & Jaehyun from NCT, S.Coups, DK & Wonwoo from Seventeen, Yunho from ATEEZ... just to name a few) So to the students it's nothing out of the ordinary to have big stars like Jungkook attend there and he definitly wasn't the only one who got the press coming for his graduation, though he certainly had a lot of people there to come see him :)

@@Frozen-w9e That is not true. Try boracity magazine's video essay to solo promotions and target audience. Technically speaking Hoseok had the longest promotions. Learn something new, please.
@@Frozen-w9e Wow... so not true. None of that was *promo* for his work. OST is BTW seperate as another label is responsible for that. Not to mention that this was one song a varient from it. The other song (VIBE) he was the feature on. There is a reason why Jimin was so much with Yoongi inpromos. Yoongi felt guilty about cutting the real promo short. Not to mention that technically from the first trailer/teaser of J-Hope till roughly he went to the military he had promo just a different kind. Try boracity.
Jimin's insecurities and the "close to being cut" I would think it was all about his singing not dancing. I think the dance, and as Suga said, his particulate tone of voice, save him, gave him the time to improve. He was not a singer, maybe he lacked the confidence, maybe he didn't learns as fast as JK, Jin or V... And even ones learning, sure he first felt comfortable in the studio and less live... Till these days, we saw him be nervous about singing live in the promotion for his album too
Not true, if it was cuz of his singing he wouldn't have debuted as a lead vocalist. His dancing is very different from the rest, due to the fact that he adds his contemporary background into his moves. He also talked about this in their book, you should read it.
@@PurpleCoffin Nothing to do with image. Because Idol music had entered a stage were the dance performance was so very important like artists like e.g. ShinEE showed. Big Hit wanted and needed to debut an overperformance group and that meant a perfect sync choreography. I'm serious. The members had to even look into the same direction the same second. Bang PD went throught their recorded practice with the spacebar. The problem was that Jimin had inmensed himself for ca. 1,5 in absolut depth training of modern dance/contemporary/ballett and that influenced how he held himself and that was a bit of a problem.
one of the most misunderstood things about jin and tae's fight is about how mature seokjin is. yes, he is the oldest. yes, he is still known as the 'comic relief' of the group and doesn't get the respect he deserves. yes, he worked tirelessly from debut to now to become the silver voice that was critically acclaimed by the Grammy panelists. yes, he believes he's not as good as the other members as heard in his song 'Awake.' yes, he used to be insecure about his looks which is why the 'worldwide handsome' gag started anyway. yes, he started the 'eat jin' lives to encourage people with eating disorders that it's okay to eat. yes, he was ashamed of the fact that he didn't have an artistic talent in music or dancing when he was recruited since he was recruited based on his looks one day on the bus. Keep all of this in mind: imagine your fellow member accusing you of not being 'good enough' after repeatedly hearing this again and again, and internally believing that it's true. after jin tried his hardest to match the choreography and explained to tae that he was physically unable to match it, tae was still trying to argue about it 10 minutes before the concert. while you may have seen that jin was 'joking' about it and it was a misunderstanding, it wasn't. jin was clearly hurt as you can see in his eyes and frustration as he tries his best to express himself. he's a very emotional person, and wears his heart on a sleeve, but he can easily lie and play it off as a joke since most people will believe that. after all, he's just viewed as the comic relief of the group, many people think he's "too feminine" and exaggerates his feelings. in fact, he was afraid of telling the public he was depressed in 2020 (when he kept saying he was happy and encouraged ARMY to keep fighting through the pandemic) that we didn't know until a year later, when he was mainly recovered from the depression already. however, once he saw his voo (jin's nickname for taehyung
32:00 That's so true. I've been a kpop fan for the past 12 years and have seen lots of groups that have good synergy and lots that don't. But I've never EVER seen a group like BTS in that aspect. Never.
In this episode they amazed with 20 000 people attending their concert .. they don’t know yet they will be performing to football stadiums sold out concerts in the future .. when they had a six thousand venue sold out it was big for them and then 10 thousand and then 20 thousand and it will increase to 80 000 per night sold out concerts ..
To be honest it's hard for me to believe that the sole reason of them trying to kick Jimin out so many times was because of him being a bad dancer and it's low-key messed up that it was said to him so much that he started to believe that he actually was bad enough to be almost kicked out 8 times. He studied hip-hop, pop and lock, isolation and street dance for many years, way before he even did contemporary. He studied contemporary for 2 years afterwards in high school but never forgot his hip-hop roots. And he wasn't bad at all, even back then, he was good, better than some who were idols already. Other trainees were even in awe of him being able to do hip-hop and modern dance because that was quite unusual for a trainee. Jimin's come up is such a crazy thing to learn about honestly, it's nice to hear it from him too
Hi , i know why jimin almost got cut so much , cuz of his dancing background he is suppose to be part of the dance line , so the teacher will ask for him more than other non dance lines , so he will be in the front a lot and do a lot of dance break in the test , but for a team need to be perfect , like make the audience look where they need to look to understand the dance as a whole , so the issue with jimin with his different dance style that he got from the school and the lack of experience in a team , cuz those schools teach you to be the best and be the one that outsell the most , not about the team. Meanwhile jhope had a lot experience in team and also as an individual ( cuz he also went to a school ). So jhope it’s really good to mix with the team , something that jimin lacked , so when he isn’t in the middle or the part that the audience not need to focus on , he get the focus to much cuz he do his style that he had in his muscles memory cuz he did this since he was a kid , so made the dance look messy. So to change it it’s a lot of work , cuz your musically it’s already developed in a style that you were taught , so that’s why he tried and practiced a lot to actually follow the team not himself. After BTS got stable you can tell they didn’t ask him for him to be in the line much as before , cuz you start to see , specially in 2018 how he gets out of the line and flow with his own tempo making the choreo not look that coordinated. And that’s why jhope is the dance leader cuz he makes sure everyone gets his lines well and also try to mix and make it look smooth the differents in energy and skill between non dance line and dance line , that’s why he tend to be in the back and paired with non dance line a lot in the routines , and with this their choreos and performances can look smooth. But now a days “fans “ don’t tend to see it cuz they get offended about anything specially the ML fans , when everyone and their mamas , including BTS themselves know each other skills pretty well and that’s why they work so well as a team and they became big.
@@mev9752 Jimin did well in team. The trouble is that he is a perfectionist to a scary degree. Jimin isn't the "most talented" but he is the hardest worker. He does something so long and so hard till it is perfect. That was also true for his contemporary/ballett/modern dance lessons. As a result he automatically falls into different positions and holds himself differently than Hiphop dancers. Nevermind that he did this style for only about 1,5 years. He began dancing a lot younger. That was a problem for the overperformance group the label was training. We have quotes from the members that they filmed their dance practice and "Hitman" Bang was going through it with a spacebar to look for flaws: Every second the members had to even look in the same direction. There was a reason they called it hell. "Best dancer" is so much nonsense. At a certain skill level there is only preference. Both Hoseok and Jimin have that. Hoseok is probably a little better in classic Hiphop dance stuff (he even one a competition at the national level). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stigma gives me all the feels.. I love all the songs written by V. @CCW please check out “Sweet Night” “Innerchild” those are my fav everyday go-to-comfort songs written by v.
Lie is a masterpiece. The classical musicians reaction channel (React to the K) went nuts over it. Picking apart the minor and major chords. They do the same thing Daniel and Gabriel do.
It's ironic that at 15:15 RM is on stage singing Reflection.. and Jimin is going through that backstage..
Realmente me pongo sentimental cada que escucho lo duro que es Jimin consigo mismo, por qué es es realmente talentoso y se merece todo lo bonito del mundo.
I love all of them but Jimin my Bias❤
I watched Burn The Stage in a theater when it first came out and everyone laughed so loud when they cut to the shot of Suga sitting there with a glass of wine while the others were jumping in the pool. 😆
Also Daniel the bts members did share a dorm their first 5 years together but now they each have their own apartments.
i watched JK's growth all these years, i feel like a proud mom even though we're the same age lololol
All BTS members could be my sons or nephews, as I’m an older Army.

The scene where hobi yoongi joon & tae were lying down on a bed
They were discussing how sh*tty the wifi network was 😂😂
Chapter 14 bonus is good but deleted is a must watch.
An important thing to keep in mind over the next few episodes is what they were going through at this time. 2017 - 2018 was a very difficult time for the members and watching Suchwita and reading their book really shines a brighter light on the difficulties they were going through.
I like following The Rise Of Bangtan with you 💜🇧🇷
I'm proud of you Jimin 🥰
как же я рада что живу под одним небом с БТС, легендами своего времени
The last person cut before BTS’ début said he’s not jealous of their money or fame. He’s jealous that the seven members got to stay together. I recommend you watch his vice interview
13:27 it is a clip from the SHORT FILMS (connected to the WINGS album and their solos)! They are amazing, and you should definitely react to them!
i am so touched😢i am really jealous of their friendship cause i don't have😓i really wish they are always together forever🤧😢💜💜
It’s because they all lived in one roof for so long. Lived and worked all in one 💜
You need to watch some vmin videos cuz they are soulmates and have such a good chemistry. Please, their friendship is one of my favorites.
Yes please 🆙 and their special song “Friends “ 🥺
No ship
@@JackInTheBox0294 !!! Please Don’t relate everything to the disgu/sting “Ships” not every bond called ship !!! Haven't you heard the term “friendship”? The only thing that comes to our mind when it’s the bond btw two male is friendship. Why do you always think about things that are out of the ordinary and unusual ? We all know Vmin’s pure and sincere friendship that’s why they made the song Friends 🙄 isn’t that clear enough?

The Korean industry has been looking for a formula to replicate BTS as a group and replicate BTS success. but theres no such thing as a BTS formula, BTS is not a group that was born from a recipe. They're just Once in a Blue Moon kinda group
THEY ARE SO SPECIAL!! NO ONE CAN REPLICATE THEM!! Oh you should try to watch the last interview they're so hilarious
Oh, that interview at the end, it's golden! Namjoon's AM NOT GONNA TRANSLATE THIS got me in tears

You guys really need to check out the Wings Short Films if you haven't yet. They go 1.Begin 2.Lie 3.Stigma 4.First Love 5.Reflection 6.MAMA and 7.Awake in that order.
even with the shortest training period he is the first kpop soloist on BILLBOARB HOT 100 so so pound of him his is magic to me shining in the dark #jimin
@@Frozen-w9eactually Jimin had three shortest promotion. Sugas album came out immediately after Jimins and stole some of the spotlight.
Same 😭😭🔥🫶
@@Frozen-w9e That is not true.
Try boracity magazine's video essay to solo promotions and target audience.
Technically speaking Hoseok had the longest promotions.
Learn something new, please.
@@Frozen-w9e You know we can click and see the history of your many comments here and on other videos trying to go after Jimin.
Get a life, sheesh. 🙄
When burn the stage came out it made me respect and love them even more because they're not afraid to show that they fight and etc.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
BTS is a very special group indeed! 💜
"You never walk alone" is such a beautiful song! 🥺 I recommend watching a live performance of this song!
@BlackswanBtsApphyit was because of his dancing. "You think"? That's misinformation. 😅
@@PurpleCoffin
Nothing to do with image.
@@ruthfischer7615 that part I didn't have too clear, thanks for the correction, I'll fix my comment.

one of the most misunderstood things about jin and tae's fight is about how mature seokjin is.
yes, he is the oldest. yes, he is still known as the 'comic relief' of the group and doesn't get the respect he deserves. yes, he worked tirelessly from debut to now to become the silver voice that was critically acclaimed by the Grammy panelists. yes, he believes he's not as good as the other members as heard in his song 'Awake.' yes, he used to be insecure about his looks which is why the 'worldwide handsome' gag started anyway. yes, he started the 'eat jin' lives to encourage people with eating disorders that it's okay to eat. yes, he was ashamed of the fact that he didn't have an artistic talent in music or dancing when he was recruited since he was recruited based on his looks one day on the bus.
Keep all of this in mind: imagine your fellow member accusing you of not being 'good enough' after repeatedly hearing this again and again, and internally believing that it's true. after jin tried his hardest to match the choreography and explained to tae that he was physically unable to match it, tae was still trying to argue about it 10 minutes before the concert. while you may have seen that jin was 'joking' about it and it was a misunderstanding, it wasn't. jin was clearly hurt as you can see in his eyes and frustration as he tries his best to express himself. he's a very emotional person, and wears his heart on a sleeve, but he can easily lie and play it off as a joke since most people will believe that. after all, he's just viewed as the comic relief of the group, many people think he's "too feminine" and exaggerates his feelings. in fact, he was afraid of telling the public he was depressed in 2020 (when he kept saying he was happy and encouraged ARMY to keep fighting through the pandemic) that we didn't know until a year later, when he was mainly recovered from the depression already. however, once he saw his voo (jin's nickname for taehyung
hi guys i was waiting for new vd . ARMY from Morocco
Bang PD - "They dyingly love each other". A reporter(I don't remember the name) - "They love each other so much that they don't know what to do".
V is the most Unique of them all, so artistic, so kind and I love that about him.
Finally! I've been waiting for this. Army from Nigeria. Love watching your videos. You guys are so wholesome ❤
32:00 That's so true. I've been a kpop fan for the past 12 years and have seen lots of groups that have good synergy and lots that don't. But I've never EVER seen a group like BTS in that aspect. Never.
During the Jin/Tae discourse all I could think of was Cameron's dub video 😂 Which helps me not get to caught up or down abt the instance
2:47 "the benefits of it and pros to it also" LOL 😅
But regarding the kpop "formula" ...Big Hit did detour from that in several areas. Most importantly, they kept their focus... on music.

Cheguei a sorrir quando vi que tinha reação de BTS hoje😍🥰💜🇧🇷
Me too 🎉🎉
To be honest it's hard for me to believe that the sole reason of them trying to kick Jimin out so many times was because of him being a bad dancer and it's low-key messed up that it was said to him so much that he started to believe that he actually was bad enough to be almost kicked out 8 times.
@@mev9752
Jimin did well in team.
