Little Bob Max and Plain Hunt 11 at St Philip's Cathedral, Birmingham

  • To begin, one of my favourite high-number methods; Little Bob. I then forgot I'd recorded it, and filmed the Plain Hunt on 11 (which Gophobos managed to go wrong in (there's another tag for you! lol)). I decided to include both on here.
    Lovely bells, right in the middle of Brum. They go well, to answer simonbellringer's usual question! hehehe...
    The other Birmingham videos will follow shortly, but there's a more important, record-breaking video to come first...

    Top bit of striking and brilliant sounding bells I get the mpression that all the belltubers know each other like simon and laura bellringer lunatical on the grass and ikirby and co
    What is it with all this ho ho ho stuff anyway

    @Gophobos It's just Rich wanting to feel superior. But even if you can't ring plain hunt we all know you can ring a load of other stuff :)

    Yes, ringers often tend to know each other outside of the internet! 'Ho ho ho' is, for some reason beyond me, an expression used for rings of bells all cast by John Taylor in the same year which are a particularly good ring of bells. Interesting you mention that here, as these bells are by Gillett & Johnson.
