Nice riding conditions. Always amazing to see how an area recovers from a fire like that. One of the reasons I got the rack was for crash protection. It definitely helps out, along with allowing me to haul all my stuff.
Ridge Top I was amazed as well. Also super stoked with the forest service and the volunteers who are keeping the trails clean of dead fall. It will take some effort keeping up with the changes up there. I did have a Little rack envy that’s for sure!
Nice video!! I'm mad I had to work that Saturday that you guys went! That trailer looks pretty familiar though.......🤔 Glad to see that the Tusk Rack was tough enough to lift from, I was wondering how that would work out! That river crossing near the end of the video, we used to Mountain Bike that trail and it was sketchy at times! I'll have to take the day off the next time you go!
MOBStreet 83 hey we needed you up there! I was impressed with how well the rack doubled as an extra handle for the back end. I am not sure I would ever have it in me to ride a peddle bike on that trail. Just the old man in me talking. I am always stoked at the number of compliments you get on the tw from guys riding bikes twice as capable and twice as expensive!
Good stuff! Trails like that here in the PNW, as well as places like Moab, is why I went to different sprockets...extra torque to get my big butt up, over and through. Stock is 14-50, went to 13-55.
