Thankyou Vince another memorable walk from last year. Always sad to see air crash sites when there's no survivors and I've seen quite a few on.my my travels. Many thanks for leaving a comment and thanks for watching Vince 👍Thankyou Alan Gregory
What a pleasant walk, subscribed. This place is on my door step, looking forward to the summer and many walks in the area. Nice to have some tea and sandwiches and have lunch up there watching the scenery.
Great video, Alan! I had no idea that kind of terrain existed in England so I’m learning a lot. And I love the classic British understatement...calling a canyon a ‘nick’ in the ground...
Thankyou I know it's not the grand canyon but high cup nick is one of my favourite places I discovered last year in the North pennines of England. There is still so much more to explore which I hope you will enjoy in the future .Many thanks for taking time to watch and comment ..Thanks Alan Gregory Adventures 😁😁😁😁
Another great Hike Alan and a great watch as you always head off the beaten track. Always sad to come across a crash site knowing the crew sadly lost their lives. What a coincidence, I was invited to the wedding too but couldn't make it lol. Take care. Mick.
blamhof Thanks Mick really glad you liked the video it makes it worth while doing them. Some of cairngorms to come but you'll probably be up there yourself when I upload them. P.s sorry you to couldn't make the wedding..😁😁 LOL Atb as usual Alan Gregory
Great video, I really enjoyed watching this. I'm doing the pennine way soon, so doing a bit of homework on points of interest along the route. I found this really useful. Thanks for sharing. Atb Shaun
Glad it helps Shaun. I hope you enjoy the pennine way and HighCup Nick is a beautiful part of the North pennines.. 👍👍👍 thanks for watching Shaun ATB ALAN GREGORY ADVENTURES
Thanks again kirby.. absolutely love the north pennines and what a place high cup nick is.I love the igneous whin sill rocks of the area that's for sure 🙋♂️thanks again Alan Gregory adventures
Since 2013 some items from the Gloucester Meteor crash have been stolen by some vile disreputable scum. A fan blade and a hub have gone missing and ATV tracks have been noticed leading to the site.
Couldn't enjoy it because of the terrible muzak, at least until the aeroplane crash site (then it marginally improved). Didn't notice much countryside (kept on having to mute).
Sorry to hear you didn't like the music or video😭, maybe you might like this video more ruclips.net/video/sxLezyvXvLk/видео.html I always take criticism constructively .Take care Alan Gregory adventures
@@alangregoryadventuresthegr992 Yep, that video was super and the music wasn't so intrusive (the first part well chosen). The scenery was fantastic, with some truly excellent drone shots, so I put in a like. But I'm not a virtual mountain-climber, I looked up your Dufton Fell walk for a very particular reason.
@@1258-Eckhart Thanks glad you enjoyed the video of liathach. It's not always easy to find the right music with RUclips copyright claims , not the best music I agree so thanks for watching liathach and leaving a like 👍 much appreciated Take care Alan Gregory adventures
Looks a great walk Alan, I totally agree with you on the Gloucester Meteor site, after all they were flying to protect our freedom. 👍

The river running into HCN ad 22:55 is called Hanna's Well. Collected water from this on 6 occasions on PW trips.
How long take the walk to get there from the star point?
Hi
Approximately 1 hour to reach high-up nick
Thanks for watching

I understand that the whin sill is intrusive lateral intrusion across north of England from ancient massive volcano in Scotland.
Hello Alan. Would you or do you know anyone who would guide me on this walk? I don't feel confident enough to do it on my own.
Excellent viewing! What equipment do you have including drone? How much did it all cost? Just ignore please if I should not ask!
Hiya gopro hero and dji phantom 4 drone
Samsung s8 4k camera work's fine too
Thanks again for watching ATB ALAN GREGORY ADVENTURES
