I went to Alberta and to Banff National Park during the summer and it was a phenomenal experience. Canada is definitely a special place and it makes my heart happy to come back and watch this video after I was there.
As a Canadian and someone who works for Parks Canada I love that you guys Love Canada and check out some of the gems we've got! There's honestly so much to explore, and if you have the chance the National parks in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are stunning. Keep up the good work guys!
I'm from Vancouver, BC and I've never been to Alberta. But this video has completely changed my perspective of it and now I definitely want to go visit soon. Thanks for showcasing my country in such a beautiful way.
This makes me so happy guys! I had lived in Banff, AB for 1.5 years & moved back to Toronto last October. I am so happy you got to experience what Canada has to offer. What a miraculous place Alberta is.
I went there as a kid with my parents. Some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen, and wapitis and grizzlies by the side of the road... Just amazing.
I've been lots of places and the Icefields Parkway tops them all. It's jawdroppingly beautiful. I kept staring and staring and staring... couldn't believe what I was looking at.
This video is exactly what I needed after receiving my schedule for this semester (3 science research subjects plus bio 2, chem 2, and physics 2). Haha the background music at 1:50 was super relaxing I felt like I was meditating; love the frosty Canadian flag at 3:14 lol i super love this vlog!
You guys are killing it. I am amazed by the quality of your videos. They keep getting better. Keep up the great work. You guys hands down make the best travel videos.
i stopped at the chateau lake louise in the winter and skated on the lake. the lake looks amazing no matter what time of year, its such a tranquil place
Wow!! I don't know if I just needed something peaceful at this point lately, but maan! How breathe taking and peaceful. Definitely felt so much peace just be watching this video!
We were just there! It is so so beautiful! I was surprised by how early the sun sets in Canada. Even at noon it feels like you are getting just a little bit of sunlight! We went all over banff though and had an amazing time! Everything is so clean and beautiful!
One great advantage of winter is you get two golden hours...some of the pictures early in this film are breathtaking. Great work, gentlemen. Great videos.
not sure why it took me so long to come across your youtube page but I have enjoyed so many incredible videos in the last month. Just finished powering through most of your Canadian videos and as a Canadian born and raised in Montreal, having also lived in Toronto for a decade and now 4 years in Calgary, I can honestly say that you have done a great job of capturing some great parts of what they all have to offer. if you're ever up around Calgary again you're more than welcome to crash at our place and we'll get you guys out into those mountains again for some incredible snowboarding or hiking in the summer
Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking scenery of Canada !!! Amazing video guys. Keep it up and I think u guys should be nominated as the brand ambassador's of Canada.. all the best and keep making such beautiful videos ahead !! 😊😎
I am in love with this video. Every transition looks so smooth and perfect. Not to mention how beautiful the scenery is. Keep on exploring, guys. Greetings from Bali ❤
You guys are hands down the best travel videos on RUclips! ❤ 100x times better than anything I've seen on travel channel etc.... Good luck and I can't wait for more videos. Marco I love your hats and style brother. 🎩
I went to Banff back in August and it was one of the most beautiful places in I have ever seen! Great video as always, really shows off the beauty of the place!
Great video! There is lots more to offer as far as locations and with all 4 seasons we get almost get a completely different experience at each place with every season! Options are near endless!!
One of my favorite videos you've done Vagabrothers! Glad you got to check out my home turf, I literally escape to Banff every weekend haha. If you're ever back in the area let me know, got some sick hikes around!
I also like how you brought up social media, I feel like some (not all) people who want to travel today want something for their instagram. It's a little sad how social media hypes places like this up. I know a lot of photographers/people have been here, but I can't wait to experience it for myself. Traveling is the best way to learn, but I feel a lot of places like these are commercialized too. Loved the video as always! :D
It's always interesting to watch other people's videos on places you're so familiar with and listen to their opinions and experiences. That being said this is a beautifully made video and you've made this Canadian proud👍. So sad I couldn't be at Buffer Fest but I hope you guys (plus Carrie!) come back and enjoy more of Canada. Especially outside of Toronto where the fall colours are even more vibrant and instagram-esque!
Yukon is so beautiful I've lived there my whole life it's worth the long travel to visit, come in the winter -40 for awesome frosty photos, northern lights and no tourists
I hope you get to do a series of vids on the Canadian Rockies in the future like you did when you visited Quebec. That would be awesome! Thanks for visiting and shining a light on my home province. :)
I'm so happy you had such a great time visiting my country and province! It was so weird hearing you say Calgary cause I live nearby! Thanks for such an amazing video!
Wow, I can't believe how your channel has exploded during these two years when I have followed your journeys. Keep up the good work :) I hope that you guys get an opportunity to come to Scandinavia again soon!
Visit magnificent places like jasper and banff and exploring the natural beauty it can offer was beyond the imagination of how truly great it is truly thanks for sharing your exploration in Alberta gifted quantity
I do enjoy the combination of beautifully colour graded footage with long & thoughtful commentaries on what you see and experience while exploring these places, and photo snaps here and there. All in all it feels like a well-versed journal entry with a touch of XVIII century discoveries in the air. Somewhat unhurried pacing adds to the story. Thanks for making this, you are truly an inspiration, guys. P.S.Your beards are too neat, though!
Loved your icefields parkway tour and I'm glad you're going to go back at some point bc you need so much more time. My now husband and I are from VA and we first visited Jasper/Banff back in 2013. When we were planning our 2016 wedding we were deciding between Iceland and Alberta. We chose Peyto Lake in Banff. If you go, head up to the handicap parking lot at the top and take the trail to the left, our ceremony spot had a natural stadium seating set up with a view that was breathtaking. Alberta holds a super special place in my heart! Love your videos 💖 Can't wait to watch your next adventure.
When you guys go back you should definitely check out the Post Hotel in Lake Louise. It's a great place to stay and has the best food around for sure. Also the afternoon tea at the Chateau Lake Louise is a good time. Te Columbia Icefields are another great place to check out in the summer. During the winter the snowboarding is amazing. The early spring is a great time to go because there are less people and it isn't so cold so the snowboarding and skiing is more enjoyable. During the winter, or really any time of year, the drive from Calgary to Lake Louise is amazing. Driving into the mountains and the heavy snow is gorgeous. I love the Canadian Rockies and I'm so glad you guys made it up there.
I’ve been dying to go to Lake Louise, we live in Seattle so not far. You just reconfirmed how much I’d like visit there! Thanks guys, you’re doing a great work!
Damn! You were in my backyard, wish I could've met you all when you were here (love Carrie as well!). Beautiful footage of Alberta, there's so much to see and do. I think it's funny when people mention how much distance there is to get to anywhere lol I made an 11 hr drive from AB to BC 5 or more times this summer- easy peasy for us Canadians :P
Rocky mountains are so beautiful 😍 The lake, the mountains ughh this place was so beautiful 😍😍😍 So was Lake Louis 😍 Sae some glimpse of these places from your insta stories, but they seem mlre beautiful rn ❤ I can just say that this video is just aesthetically pleasing to watch 😻🙌🏻😄
Awesome video guys!!! Fly fishing on the bow river is definitely on my bucket list, those trout you caught are decent sized fish, especially the one Alex caught! Hehe ;) I always enjoy your video, keep up the good work! :)
It always interesting to see how foreigners appreciate the area that is basically your backyard. I don’t live far from the Rockies and go there quite often and while they are beautiful it’s different the first time you see something. The biggest one I notice is wildlife. Most people are amused to see an elk, moose or bighorn sheep but every time you drive those roads you’ll see at least one, often all three so when you use them lots it’s not really even worth slowing down for.
WOW that lake or estuary to Spirit Island was so stunning. Spectacular. Beautiful. Whatever your goal is. Wether it lives up to your expectations. It's marvellous viewed through your video from your cameras. Lake Louise is beautiful and there is Carrie enjoying it with you. That's nice. The colour of the water is lovely. & even the fishing was lovely to watch, which I hated as a kid cause my brother made me carry the heavy basket and gear cause he did not want to have to take me, and I had to be quite all the time :( Which of course now I am older I fully understand his motives and it's fully ok :) Also I love the snow on the mountains too. Thank you for making a lovely film and sharing. I do sub to Carrie.
You guys should definitely come back for skiing at Sunshine and Lake Louise. The hiking trails are amazing as well! Book a hotel in Canmore and from there, it's only half hour to Banff and easy access to Sunshine and hiking trails.
Nice Video. Love the rockies. We go almost every year. Never filmed much of my adventures before so now I need to revisit all these places. I don't mind going back over and over though.
I went to Alberta and to Banff National Park during the summer and it was a phenomenal experience. Canada is definitely a special place and it makes my heart happy to come back and watch this video after I was there.
+Vanessa Dunn it’s so beautiful up there!!
Where are you from vanessa.
As a Canadian and someone who works for Parks Canada I love that you guys Love Canada and check out some of the gems we've got! There's honestly so much to explore, and if you have the chance the National parks in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are stunning. Keep up the good work guys!
Hi
I wanna live in Canada
That was awesome. Marko nailed it: Ma-lean Lake. Love Jasper, I worked there for five seasons. It's definitely beautiful any time of year.
Perfect man 👨🏼
why is canada so beautiful? every angle is instagram worthy. the color of the water and the leaves are freaking gorgeous.
There needs to be a montage where Alex corrects Marko on the most trivial details every single time. You can almost taste the microaggression xD
+Ashfaque Fahim 😂😂
So happy you enjoyed visiting Canada!
+and.rosie 🙌🏼🙌🏼
This is probably my favourite drive in Alberta. I try to do it at least once every year.
I'm from Vancouver, BC and I've never been to Alberta. But this video has completely changed my perspective of it and now I definitely want to go visit soon. Thanks for showcasing my country in such a beautiful way.
+Cassandra L it’s your neighboring province. Go check it out
This makes me so happy guys! I had lived in Banff, AB for 1.5 years & moved back to Toronto last October.
I am so happy you got to experience what Canada has to offer. What a miraculous place Alberta is.

+Meaghan Online thank you Meaghan!!
