I have always suspected that the control that both boys showed, or had to show, at their mothers' funeral would come back one day to haunt them. At their age, I would have been an unconsoleable puddle of tears on the floor for days, weeks even and that would have been healthy for my long-term mental and emotional well-being. Now we're seeing that pent-up emotion tearing the Royal family apart. If you leave this sort of thing undealt with for long enough all your going to be able to do is pick up the pieces. For sure. The boy Princes were made to walk behind their mother's coffin. They were asked and both said 'no, absolutely not'. But as is the way with Royalty here they were told that they had to. Talk about a walk creating chronic disassociation in front of literally the world. I can't imagine how that hurt them both at the time and since.

Harry reminds me of many men I know. They deal with trauma by speaking constantly about their trauma and venting. Harry is speaking his truth because he wants Charles to acknowledge the hurt and deal with the brokenness. Charles needs to forego protocol and those courtiers (grown people, whose sole purpose in life is to be in other families' business)and go to his son and heal that relationship. Harry wants Charles's attention. Charles needs to make it right, because at the end of his life, protocol, the crown, the country, won't mean anything, he's going to want his son and his grandchildren to love. Forget tradition and protocol, England has a symbolic monarchy, so why the big fuss over the dynamics of the royal family.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMDR, tapping, and A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)!

The inequality and gap between the very rich and the poor is a global problem that needs addressing and needs political will power to change it. I legit wanna cry right now. Now no guys are interested in me and I felt finally free and happier than ever before. My healing starts from learning about psychology from watching Dr Grande RUclips videos on Narcissism. I discovered the guy who talked about me for 1.5 years despite me cutting contact with him whenever I can, was a narcissist. I finally stop blaming myself. I also started processing these trauma by typing comments in the Dr Grande videos, and felt we are together in this as many people share their experiences. Talking about it helps bring from unconscious to conscious and contribute healing. Though I am not sure the impact of RF when he speaks PUBLICLY, I support him speaking about it. And he has counsellor too! I didn’t have. (But probably under fake names and accounts if he still want RFs financial support)

I am an LMHC and I provide this for clients for many things including trauma. I am amazed at the changes I see, it really helps people release trauma from the body which talk therapy can't always do. Harry should encourage people how and were to find help and how not to give up asking for help. GPs, nurses, doctors, pharmacist. If they don't help you, self-refer to a mental health organization. If they don't work for you, ring Samaritans... etc. The most important message is to seek help - and not blaming others for the mess you are in.
Idk why I gotta say the more this couple do the interview the more I have respect to prince William and Catherine... I feel like those couple have more dignity and the way they respect each other...
They are making William look good.
@@bohwe43 You don't know men. Men don't whine. That is a lie. You might know bata men. I am sure Charles did the best he could based on his generation. His father was Prince Phillip who did extraordinary based on his challenge.

I first learned about EMDR & tapping when I was getting my master's in psychology 20 years ago. It was, and remains, one of the most effective types of therapy for trauma. I've personally witnesses anxious soldiers visibly relax just by tapping the inside of their collar bones with the opposite 2nd & 3rd fingers while doing talk therapy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMDR, tapping, and A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)!

He is so humble, its sad he has gone through lots of trauma at a tender age
Prince Harry seems very genuine. Thank you for bringing light and more normalcy in talking about trauma and mental health.
Yes he was very genuine I watched the beginning of first episode. I relate a bit as I was also followed by ‘paparazzi’ in high school by guys who like me and tons of gossip around me everyday for seven years. I also develop anxiety and SWEATING.

NO gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label/heated oils...taking vitamins/good oils/minerals...probiotic...may help the brain/body/personality/mood. People can't keep putting bad into their brain and think they can totally wipe it out. Police need to find the good in people and help out people. What you focus on you attract like a negative prayer. Finding the good in life is needed not just trying to empty out the bad once in the brain.
