Absolutely! Actually, Rickles was an excellent impersonator all-around. He was always doing “act-outs” of famous people he refers to and many (Ed Sullivan, Sinatra, etc) are spot-on. If they’re not straight-up impersonations, he has a great way of nailing someone’s specific demeanor or attitude. Dialects and foreign-language gibberish too. Good actor-trained at Actors Studio.
Just imagine how Rickles would be toward someone he actually didn't like!! He always was hilarious. I liked his navy sitcom CPO Sharkey...I'm surprised it hasn't been on TV since. It was funny and should have been on longer.
The arrow at the end of the clip was very special actually. Not many people knows about this, but Johnny and his crew kept that arrow in a plastic bag for years and years. The arrow was used in a sketch that bombed heavily and Johnny decided to keep it as a reminder and warning that successful comedy doesnt come easy without hard work and preperation.

At the nineteen minutes and forty-eight second mark of _The Ventriloquist's Dummy,_ from 1990, I was surprised to hear four letter words.
