Great review! I just received the Metal Instinct clippers and shaver today. Looking forward to see which you prefer between the Metal Instinct or the Saber 2. Thus far I am very happy with my choice. But I am looking into changing out the blade to one of these Masters blades. Just educating myself further
Thanks bro! You’ll love the metal instinct clipper & shavers! If this echo blade is available separate soon I’d grab one of those and pair it and you’ll get a mix between the master and the new innovation of the vector motor clippers. I like both clippers forsure but I’ll get feedback between both and make a video. The shaver is 10/10. With the stretch bracket it makes it very easy to swap to a master blade and go. I hate that the master blade is $50 by itself but that blade is classic.
2:30 run time not that why i did not get The coco trimmer Only 2 hour of run time but It is very nice

Is it the same charging docks as the style craft rebels ? The OG charging dock so I can limit myself to one dock for all clippers ?
No it’s a separate dock, it fits in nothing else. Instincts can fit in it but Rebel is sideways charger vs straight on

Saber 2 or Babyliss LoPros?
Saber 2 10/10 Lo pros are a good option too. Just got the neon ones and they were pretty solid just not zero gapped out of the box. Tool only so you’d need to currently own or buy batteries to go along
Just got my mrd clipper, but it doesnt come with the echo blade i think. You have to order then seperetly and it is €90
Yeah that blade is ridiculously priced. It looks like the same blades but the Stylecraft has a better crunch. Idk what the difference is but the seller told me 90 and i said no thank you
@@cutsbycoast i only bought the single blade (the one with the echo lines) not the small one. Then it s around €60. Hope the crunch will be better then the orginal Mrd blade i got with it

As a barber you should know the sound is very dependent on the actual blade to, they both have different blades yet you say the SC is more powerful just from the sound. You sold out to SC for free products…
The motor and blades are different. Idk how a small upgrade would make someone a sell out. I use several brands products. My Wahl Vapor i switched blades 2 separate times and it sounds the exact same.
@@cutsbycoast the blade is certainly different, how is the motor different? Have you opened it up to check and will you be posting a video of that soon? Or you have to clear that with SC first.
I’ve switched blades on my clippers too and some have got louder while others quieter, it’s quite widely discussed on pages that some blades do make clippers louder.
@@myparrots1 depending on which clipper yes but i use things as they come out of the box except for 2 of my upcoming videos. The 2/2 sample size that i have they sound the same. I’m not saying you’re wrong about that. I’ve posted 3 videos since this one and none are Stylecraft. TPOB’s mob never stops even if you support his tools lol

I don’t own a single TPOB so not sure who that last comment was directed at. I have them blocked on Facebook as the ads are endless.
Just an MRD smartbrain with a different logo. Same motor, same circuit board, same battery and body....just a higher price.
Not really i was going to get the mrd one's but they don't come with the echo blade it's sold separately for 50-90 dollors so when it's all said and done they pretty much the same price but one you have to wait 2 weeks and no warranty and one with warranty and you get them faster

@PatriotNate i got the mrd saber clippers in today, they don’t have the lines on the blade. The sellers says it is the original blade. Just ordered the echo blade from mrd for €60 :()
