Is there a lock washer shortage I'm unaware of?Maybe put them in both places.

I figured the lock washer being there at all would help keep everything snug in-between the 2 nuts, no?
No, I argued with the quality control guy about this till he took me through the plant and showed me one that fell apart and was cautioned taped off the area till they fixed it.now I know better. Thanks for the input brother
