Welcome to modern inclusivity in Marvel, where the guys are shirtless at least and often buck naked at least once in their movies, while the chicks cover every square inch of skin except the face and hands. Because of equality.
In a movie franchise, where movie audiences being made up of 55% male, and over 80% of the audience of Marvel movies and other superhero movies, it’s always great idea to give guys a movie of 3 boring chicks with zero personality who are more covered up than your sheltered aunt, giving the dudes nothing reason whatsoever to watch it.
No wonder none of them paid to see a movie where your character, who is a main character, and whose name I forgot because nobody watched any of the D+ shows so we have no reason to know who she is, wearing a thick concealing wetsuit, so no wonder it only managed to get a domestic box office of $47 million from Friday to Friday and will likely make a net loss of $300 million.
Admittedly the absolutely terrible acting, directing and writing didn’t help.
