Please refer to a doctor most of the times the cause of hair fall is internal. Most common deficiencies that lead to hair loss are iron(Indian women are very deficient in iron), zinc, vitamin b12, vitamin d3 . Please include nuts and seeds to you diet in the recommended quantity, also fruits and vegetables would make great difference.
And i trust you pls batao na kya karu mein hairfall rok ne ke liye and hair growth kase ho pls batao na pls reply kro and aapna yoga and meditation routine share karno pls mere hairs daily bahut nikalte hai matlab full of hand 😢
