I bought one of those eco worth 280ah batteries too some months ago and it's been pretty solid. I switch over to battery power during peak hours when my power company charges 4x more per watt. Then after that I flip back over to mains to recharge the battery. Saved me hundreds of dollars this summer.
On my RV I have a 110 toggle switch for the air conditioner. That way I can toggle from the solar/battery, to the shore power when I need it. It works quick and easy.
Is there a list with Amazon links anywhere? I wasn't writing everything down. 😉 Received my Eco-worthy 280 Ah less than 2 hours ago BTW, and really looking forward to the changes it will be bringing, the possibilities it makes possible in my mobile life.
yeah I keep it listed on my website so I don't have to go to multiple areas to maintain the links. Here are the links: familyrvliving.com/RV-Gear/Solar-Setup familyrvliving.com/RV-Gear/Low-Wattage-RV-Appliances familyrvliving.com/RV-Gear/RV-Comfort-Items
@@paulpvhl1930 Yeah, I am constantly working on the website, but you know how it is. I'm working my real job and trying to fill in here when I can as much as possible
@@familyrvliving Right. As a former open source sw developer with hw design and repair ability (and soon back at it again as a pensioner), I understand completely! Looking forward to looking at your suggestions as I rebuild an old boat, truck, and RV for solar/generator use. Thanks again.
@@paulpvhl1930 Yeah I can definitely relate. My path went from autobody for 15 years, to asp.net development for 15 years, to conference management and SEO contracting.
