When you are connected with your flail in middle at green box then hope that red senital touch both your body or your flail(idk you choose) but only if you are connected with your flail first of all it gives you 1K score when red senital touches you but if you are not connected with your flail then it will chase you and you will die but if you are connected with your flail then it will run away from you because you will get lot scores and not a single death happens except when your flail is in the middle Edit:btw if you are connected with your flail and your body in middle and flail out the middle then BEWARE dont let someones flail touch your rope connecter you will DIE 2nd edit:btw if your flail is inside and big enough to touch the yellow black hole you will randomly start getting pushed but if you dont have red flail then you will die to corners of the middle if you do have it then you will be stuck will your flail touches the real black hole and you will die
I'm pretty sure that the sentinel kills you regardless if you're connected to your flail or not if it touches your body. However, sentinels typically run from you if you're connected.

Yeah it randomly kills you in random time idk what causes a death when flail in middle but I will try to figure out why
