The check-in and check-out actions are important in certain industries where there are multi disciplinary teams working, changes by one specialist affects the decisions of other specialists and usually they don't collaborate on real time because of that. This happens a lot in more engineered products like cars, electronics, construction, etc. That's why they usually need a more specific and robust EDMS like Windchill or SAP
I am trying to edit an excel file through a flow, i tried using this SharePoint check-out action before excel edit action, but when trying to save the flow it is showing error as: 'The request is forbidden by Graph API. Error code is 'EditModeWorkbookCheckedOutRequired'. Error message is 'In order to edit workbooks in this Folder they must first be checked out. To edit this workbook, check out the workbook in the Folder to the server (not to your local drafts folder) and then try to edit it in Excel again.'. clientRequestId: 2505cb10-41e1-455d-bf7b-ce020010bd5cUpgrade'. Any help with this?
