Nothing quite like a roaring British twin or a thumping single like a BSA Gold Star or a Velocette Venom or Thruxton. I used to have one of the most popular Rocker's bike, a 1970 Triumph Bonneville (although this was in the 80's and 90s), and then, shortly after a full restoration, it was stolen. - Imagine how I felt. Although it was no match against any of the modern foreign bikes - and I certainly didn't try to race against them, none of them could beat that feeling of 'raw power'.
Love it what a time I was born end of 64 .I think I was born to late and missed the best era of freedom and music .
1968 Triton great times it still exists on DVLA. Would love to get it back before I'm entirely decrepit. 😂🇬🇧
Tune was also used in an episode of Dark Shadows in 1967.
