Truth Matters - Focus on the Truth That Matters - Bong Saquing

Paul and the team have now arrived in Jerusalem, bearing a much-needed financial gift for the brethren. It is amazing how this gift was given by Gentile believers for their Jewish brethren in Christ. The gospel of Jesus truly has the power to unify us and remove barriers that naturally exists between people from different backgrounds. It was also a testimony of Paul’s fruitful ministry to the Gentiles despite of all the troubles he encountered along the way. What motivated Paul as he planted churches from one Gentile city to the next can be seen through his own words in 2 Cor. 5:14 which tells us that it was the love of Christ. This was what Paul held as of highest importance in his life.

Im so blessed about this message. Isang pagkamulat para sa ating lahat na mananampalataya na huwag tayong magfocus sa mga destructions sa loob ng isang congregation. May katotohanan ang lahat ng sinabi ni Pastor Bong at ni Apostle Paul na nagkakaron ng factions o paghahati-hati dahil sa ating mga sariling perceptions at preferences. Sana nga mawala na itong pamimili ng Pastors na pakikinggan, pamimili ng upuan, pamimili ng taong sasamahan, pamimili ng worship music o genre na pakikinggan at ang pamimili ng church na pupuntahan dahil sa walang humpay na pagtingin lamang sa panlabas o paghahanap ng kamalian ng iba. We should preserve the unity of body of Christ. Focus on the truth that really matters the most. And He is JESUS. Our LORD and SAVIOR. 🙌
