    Their AA pitching staff is 10x more talented than the white sox pitching staff.

    Great interview and deep dive into the White Sox system. One legitimate concern though. Are they building a team that is conducive to winning at Guaranteed Rate Field? It is a home run park and I would feel better knowing the players they were developing could hit HRs.
