for those who notice the less the HQ video and audio, it was likely that these sessions might have been recorded on VHS tape. And if you've owned either a VHS or 8mm camera/recorder, you will remember the distortions that often accompanied the recordings.

I've never understood the difference between exegesis and hermeneutics. Doesn't they both mean "explanation" of the scripture?
Exegesis is more reading out of scripture, instead of reading into scripture (eisegesis), the prefix “ex-“ means to get out of, however hermeneutics is simply the study of interpreting scripture, so to conclude this, exegesis is reading scripture as it is without fitting in your beliefs into it, while hermeneutics is simply the study of interpretation on scripture, which is more of a field of study

He was like most people today wrong about the US Supreme Court. The Constitution says it is to over see the lesser courts. It is to determine if the orher courts made the Constitutional decision. It has no authority to over turn laws.
Thomas Jefferson said thei court does not have the authority to make laws if Congress won't or to compel the Executive to do anything. Because its authority is only other courts
