Northern and Southern Californian is how you generalize the state in half. Within both are smaller “sub-regions”. Southern California technically includes: South Coast, Inland SoCal, Desert Region, and the bottom half of the Central Coast. (The half that contains Vandenberg). Typically people think “Southern California” is just Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego. That’s actually “South Coast”, and it includes Ventura. “Central California” is not a technical region of California.
@@sendthis9480 The Transverse Mountain Ranges are the boundary between Southern California and Central California with Vandenberg being just north of the Transverse Mountain Ranges. Central California is a thing that California Natives are familiar with.
@@william2william Native Californians know that typically only non-natives say “central California”. Or it’s a way to explain the area to a non-Californian. Look at a plumber or any trade in the area. Their mottos are things like “serving all of San Joaquin Valley” or “Best in the Valley”. Nobody says “…all of Central California”. Furthermore…ask someone in Santa Cruz where they’re from. I can GUARANTEE you they will not say “central California”. There are other types of regions. DFG lists “Ocean Sport Fishing Regions” and point conception is where south and central waters start. The “economic region” names Central California as the area you’re talking about. Maybe that’s where you got it. However Vandenberg is in Southern California. We’re not talking about fishing or economics.
@@sendthis9480 A plumber wouldn't serve all of Central California because that would include the Central Coast and crossing the Diablo Range to get to the coast from the San Joaquin Valley is a hassle. - I currently live in the San Joaquin Valley. Someone in Santa Cruz would fist say they are from Santa Cruz, then say they would say Central Coast, and then fall back to Nothern California if the first two place names didn't register. - I grew up 45 minutes from Santa Cruz and I know them well. Vandeberg is at Point Arguello which is just north of Point Conception. Point Conception and the Transverse Mountain Ranges are the geographical boarder between Central and Southern California. - I have relatives in Santa Maria and I've been going to Vandenberg to watch rocket launches since the 1990s. You listed two references to Central California as a region name (Ocean Sport Fishing Regions and Economic Regions) and then you dismissed your own proof that Central California is a region name. - I will agree that many people don't use Central California as a region name but then again most people in California where not raised in California.
I honestly think Elon Musk's XAI88x is the safest bet for long term hold, and will survive out of every other altcoins. It will get adopted in US, Ecuador, Asia, starting from Japan, and slowly spread out and gain. This is a winning coin, apart from all the technical greatness.
I thought that Elon Musk was going to move his SpaceX operations into Texas after when he had an argument with the governor of the state of California?
The Hawthorne Headquarters in Southrn California is moving. Huge facility. Spent alot of money there and even now. Just like when Toyota moved. Both Communities losing a lot of money and people. All because of Democrat Politicians that people keep voting for.
Vandenberg Space Force Base has unique launch trajectories(Polar Corridor) that are not available in Texas. SpaceX has a lot of money invested in the launch infrastructure at Vandenberg Space Force Base and will continue to use this hardware moving forward.
I live in Santa Maria, 30 miles away from Vandenberg, and hear the rumble of the rockets launched and the sonic booms from the boosters returning to be used again day and night. I lived in Santa Maria for 20 years and California for 40 years, which is now part of California life.
Sonic boom was loud tonight….. keep those launches coming
I solely believe XAI88x will do 20x after its launch price, the hype is high and its community are not relenting.
Thank you KCAL and thank you Elon Musk and team. 🚀 ❤
Once Elon Musk's XAI88x passes $1, it may NEVER see that low again
Vandenberg is on the Central Coast (Central California) not Southern California.
