  • Among China's 85 million disabled individuals, 30% suffer from limb disabilities. They face numerous challenges, but Zhang and his team have created the most motor-efficient prosthetic hands globally using AI and 3D printing. How did they accomplish that, thereby fulfilling disabled people's lives with brand-new opportunities? Zhang He is recognized as Gusu Leading Talent in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is currently a Business Development Manager at Lifttech Machinery. With a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Medical Robotics from SJTU, he specializes in prosthetic hand design and has contributed to the National 973 Project. Since 2014, his passion has been collaborative innovation for a sustainable future.
