  • Todd Tuckey shows you a beautiful Jurassic Park pinball machine and a really neat mod you can make for just $2! It lights the saucer where the ball sits before being eaten by the T Rex! Plus TONS of new parts installed to make the new owner of this classic happy!

TNT Amusements Inc I absolutely love Jurassic Park!!! If I ever see a Jurassic Park pinball table, I'll give it a spin.
Just remember to feed the T-Rex and the Raptors.

Just did an official count and we sold different 25 Jurassic Parks (to homes). We sold 16 Laser Wars, 15 Secret Service, 8 Torpedo Alley, 17 Playboy 35th, 19 Time Machine, 14 Phantom of the Opera, 29 Simpsons (1989), .(in contrast to 47 Simpsons Pinball Party), and it goes on and on!!

Hi Todd, Nice job. You mentioned that you've done all the T-Rex mods. Can you elaborate. What are "all the mods" besides version 5.13? Thank you

I love the mod you did with the clear ball catch. I really want to do that to my Jurassic Park but I am new to the whole modding pinball machines. I know you briefly went over what he did but do you guys have a mod tutorial on how to do this?

Todd, thanks for the idea, I plan on modding my Time Warp with this idea and planning on getting a Spectrum and doing the same thing. Think it will look really sharp.

I know it's been a while since this video came out, but I am interested in what mods you did for t-Rex. Can you explain.

The motor relay boards have to be reheated underneath that control the two directions. The factory had an important fix to widen his teeth so it would grab the ball every time...it simply required you to bend the bottom teeth a bit out a bit...and then experiment. If you go to the Stern website, some of the older service bulletins may still be there...if not, they must have been archived so you can track them down.

Huge Difference it makes! Do you just replace the bulbs with led ones? Where do you recommend to buy the bulbs?

fishingtwister Yes...we do mostly all LEDs now...from Pinball Life...but there are a number of sellers out there!

I wonder, why Data east's tables have low quality voices, compare to Williams\Bally.

connection to the display board reminds me of bad ones similar to that in some junk crap I've gotten from China yeah I love pulling off that connector to remove it but well instead of pulling just that connector. it takes the one with the board with it smh ... not sure if anyone knows how to make sure those stay on the board. did that with a sata connector once. oh god nightmare putting that back in. thank god it wasn't esata. any wireless pinballs yet? ie ones that puts the scores out world wide I can just see them doing that someday..
